70 is totally worth it. You it opens up crystal bow, karils set and black hide. They not only help with range, but they are great for slayer monsters (cave horrors and pyrefields to name 2).
  2. Just like you did in the quest. Heres the tip.it quest guide.
  3. Green dragons are great too. Just take some d hides and a scimmy. You make about 3k per kill if you don't bury the d bones. You can use the canoes to get to 30+ wildy and run south to the green dragons. And then when your full take a few step to 30 wildy and glory tele to edgeville bank and repeat.
  4. Why dont you just equip your seal? You just has to talk to the fremy guy again (the same guy who gave it your during the quest. That way tele to waterbirth -> Collect ->tele to lunar isle *bank* then repeat.
  5. Green dragons, bury the bones and sell the hides 1.7k each on the ROF. You don't need good food (trout and salmon will do).
  6. Depends what you plan on fighting. If you need to run to get the kills or have to walk a long way to and from the them then rune otherwise I don't see why you wouldn't use the g body.
  7. Try joining a clan as the best PC worlds change all the time and being part of a clan is nearly the only way to keep track of the good ones.
  8. Last time I leveled mage it only showed me the spells I just learnt on my current spell book.
  9. Your kidding about not having a anti-virus right? If your not then you don't have much common sense at all #-o . You can get viruses, adware, spyware and malware from nearly every type of media (I found a trojan on a brand new MP3 player ). And about 1/3 of all programs and games come with 1 or more piece(s) of adware.
  10. Ok, first of you wan to look for a dual core pc. Dual Core basically means the the it has two processors in side which in theory can do twice the work of one, I say in theory because the actual gain is between 1 to 1.5. but they are fair better then a single core when your using more then one application. Memory wise you should be looking for 160gb or more on the harddrive and 1gb or more of ram. The graphics card doesn't really matter without you're looking to play the newer games, but make sure it has a PCI-Express slot in case you choose to upgrade later. Recap: Processor; Intel Core 2 Duo (4300 or higher) or a AMD X2 (3600+ or higher) <- Intel preferred as they are currently more powerful. Harddrive: 160gb or more, SATA connection if possible RAM: 1gb or more. Dell has some good deal in your price range.
  11. U take a dueling ring (to telly out and restock) with you and use a similar inventory to the DH setup (lobbys instead of sharks)
  12. Heres a guide to the bandits. As nicrune008 said the drops aren't too good but they auto attack meaning its a very lazy method. Slayer is good for the drop, but isn't the fastest exp around. Also look into doing fremmy isles as the helm you get as a rewards is great (both for stats and looks). When/If you get your whip back I would invest in torags as it offers the best defence stats in the games which is great for training. You could try the obbys if you fancy a challenge and the drops are worth enough to keep you motivated. You will end up making some cash as well (after the cost of the food you'll use), plus the shield and cape would go well with your current gear. Note the exp isn't that fast.
  13. Dragon Sq Shield Costs too much only get if for the looks. Obsidian Shield In my eyes the best out of the three as it has a great defence bonus and a small strength bonus. Rune Defender Good for pking and killing low level monsters not good against monsters which hit hard/often. Warrior Ring vs. Berserker Ring I have no experience of these so I cant help here. Pest Control Fast exp if you can find a clan, I recommend it if you need the levels and dont need any drops. Salve Amulet Great for the monsters which it gives the bonus on otherwise a glory is better. Experiments Good ratio (hp:lvl), but they lack drops. Rock Crabs Good ratio (hp:lvl), with some ok drops. Dragon Scimitar vs. Dragon Longsword Dragon scimmy as it hits faster meaning faster exp My perfrence; Obsidian Shield Berserker Ring D Scimmy. Hope I helped a little.
  14. You could try the bandit camp out in the desert. Or maybe a little green dragon killing (good money and easy to kill)
  15. I would also like to be a blah writer.
  16. LOL? I really don't think it will happen. One more skill would really badly muck the whole interface of the game as they would have to add another line of skill icons.
  17. Iron will get you there a lot quicker. Just drop the iron ore when you get a full inventory (power mine).
  18. I highly recommend a barrows set, guthans or torags (guthans for spec and torags for max def). In the mean time just stick with full rune (minus the helm) and Neitiznot Helm, until you get 70 def.
  19. I've never heard of wireless broadband with that kind of range... My bet is that you have a very good download speed, but a poor upload speed (similar to sat. broadband), and as the ping is the time to send and receive, the upload is letting you down. Just to be sure try using one of the online speed tester and post the results here.
  20. Do as Albosky said and clean the inside up a bit. If the noise persists then you will need to locate where the sound is coming from (just listen to the inside of your pc). If its the fan above the processor (the heatsink fan) you can buy a new one which are generally cheap and highly effective. If its the case fan (normally on the back) you can buy a new fan which only cost around $4 or so (̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã5ish UK as they cost more, don't ask why) and are very easy to install. If its the hard drive or graphics card, then there are few easy option outside of buying new ones.
  21. Does the drive show up on my computer? e.g. D
  22. I was just about to link this for him.
  23. aller World 2. He's asking who wants to help him make the temple with him. As he needs it to finish the quest. I can't remember the exact world but world 2 always has people there
  24. If they did not discover the bug, then how was it fixed? Your logic doesn't make sense.. They noticed it was a bug but only after a while. And they still couldn't find out how it was happening until they offered a reward and one of the people who used the bug explained it to them. PS. If Jagex discovered it then they did they allow people to abuse it??? It was the players who discovered the bug and not Jagex. Jagex merely noticed something weird was happening.
  25. The most annoying one has to be, (x being a expensive item, y being the cost) Random Player "Can I buy your X >" Me "Ok" *Trades* **Player puts up cash worth less then x or items worth less then x** Me "More its worth y" Random player "Noob" Followed by "scammer" or "Reported" Its happened to me with whips, obby items and barrows items. Note. the value item this normally twice what they offer, and I'm a noob because I wont sell them the item for half its value.
