It might be refering to the eastern tower, which would be the left of the castle if it was a person (it's facing south).

I'd rather have to get my same stats for the Quest Cape again rather than getting 99 fletching or cooking. The Quest Cape is, IMO, the easiest cape to get, and nonetheless a very nice achievement.

It'll be fine with your level (although frustrating). Bring some agility pots and hope for the best.

You don't need any Runecrafting level to get into the altars, only the corresponding Tiara/Tallisman (and quest requirement).

Just before starting the quest I got the Holy Grail from the Fisher's Realm, and now I have two of them. \ Maybe you can get one from there without having to free the knights? :-k

I forgot to mention, the Great Bank Robbery allows you to get the Barrelchest Anchor, a weapon that allows you to hit extremely high (I've heard that some people love it for Pking). My Arm's Big Adventure provides you with a herbpatch that won't get diseased, so, if you're a farmer, you might like that. Fairy Tale II will also give you access to the Fairy Rings, a great way of moving around (you don't need the farming, herblore or theving requirements for this). Royal Trobule gave a revamping to Manage Thy Kingdom, and now it's actually a profitable way of getting construction wood, herbs, flax, maples and coal (and some other raw materials). That'd be the most useful ones released in the past 2 years. :D

People tend not to use Shillo and use the general store method instead when crafting runes, because going all the way around Shillo Village actually takes more time. Other ways are the abbyss, as explained by everyone, and using the fairy rings to get there (and then banking in Zanaris or Edgeville, I'm not sure).

Instead of wasting that many agilty pots, just don't use the darts until you have a 48-50 ish level. Even if they didn't lwoer your stats, you'd still fail too much at those levels.

The same thing happened with sharks not so long ago, and with yews. It's a heavy inlfux of autoers to the game. So, I'd also reccomend switching to maples or coal for the time being, having some expreience in MTK. If you still have flax, just hold on to it and wait until the next mass ban (and subsequent price rise) before you sell.

They're not that rare but you'll have to sta there for a while. So, in order to save time, if you know you'll die drop your pouches, and if you are able, your glory. That way you might quickly go to the same place and recover them from the floor.

Abyss is quite faster, and (unless you keep dying and losing your glories) cheaper. Also, yes, the herbs come unindentified.

So, without doing quests, you can cut Teak near Uzer and southwest of Castle Wars only, and you have no access to Mahogany at all.
