Here's a handstand tutorial. http://www.beastskills.com/Handstand.htm Well, putting aside the fact that I'm a teenager and you're brothers only 11, being able to do a handstand at any given moment depends a lot on how tired you are (whether it be because of sleep or hunger, fatigue makes it harder to keep perfect balance), and how well you can balance. If your brother hasn't been doing it for a while, if his balance isn't great, then he'll get more tired not because of his own weight, but because of any overcompensating for imperfect balance. Still, it's surprising that anyone would need to drop from a handstand after 5 seconds because of weight rather than balance. He should be pretty light at 11, so that makes it even harder for me to understand the concept :-s ; it should be easier to him in matters of weight to strength ratio. Sure he wasn't just losing his balance, or that his hands weren't positioned badly? Nowadays, for me the biggest factor when it comes to doing extended handstands is the amount of blood rushing to my head once I get past one minute :lol: . Our bodies aren't exactly built to have gravity going the other way :-w . The delay after an attack depends on the last weapon used. If you changed from a dagger to a 2h, the delay between them both would be very short (the one from the dagger), and the other way around: if you change from a 2h to a dagger, the delay between the attacks would be as long as if you were just using a 2h.

Members have access to two other Spellbooks (list of spells) that can be accessed after two different quests. After completing Desert Quest, you can swap "Modern (normal) Magic" with the Ancient Magicks, and after completing Lunar Diplomacy members get access to Lunar Magicks. Vengance is a spell of the lunar spellbook. Ancients have a huge emphasis on combat spells, and Lunar in aid spells.

You have to start Fariy Tale Pt. II and advance a little into the quest, but you don't need the Farming, Herblore or Thieving requirements to access the rings.

You can always buy the maples from the TIF Marketplace, so that's no big deal. However, burning at Edgville isn't the best option, IMO. Draynor, East Falador or East Varrok are better and would give faster exp.

Dunno... He'll hit you too much with a low defense level (I tried to at a similar level and was utterly destroyed). If you have a decent magic level (enough to cast fire bolts will do), teleport out as soon as you start fighting barrelchest, and wait for 20 minutes or so, so that isn't aggressive to you when you go back. Get magic equipment and runes and return, and wait (he should just randomly walk around if you don't attack it) until you can get him stuck behind benches, and mage him to death. That worked well for me, hope this helps you.

Ok, I'd love someone to explain this to me. According to the old (Newtonian) Mechanics, a constant force on an object yields a constant acceleration, right? So, let's say there were only two things in the universe: The earth and a pound of lead, both in opposite places of the universe. The lead weight would start to slowly fall to the Earth (and viceversa, although at a much lower rate), accelerating with time. What stops the object from reaching light-speed? [Edit] In fact, thinking thoroughly, acceleration increases linearly while the distance between the object decreases, and that means that the speed will increase in a quadratic way.

Sorry, but it is right. Here's a couple of scenarios for you: 1. The Sun somehow goes supernova right this instant. That would roughly equate to a massive explosion, and explosions carry a number of different things. The first is the light from the fire or whatever, since nothing can travel faster than light, it actually would take 8 minutes to reach us. Repeat, we would not feel the effects instantly. When you look up into the sky at night you are looking into the past, you are looking at the light from stars which left thousands, maybe millions of years ago. Those stars could have long gone supernova but we won't see that until the light from the supernova reaches us. 2. The Sun somehow vanishes, completely disappears. Now, since the Sun's gravity is the only thing keeping us in orbit we'd stray off our orbit straight away right? Wrong, gravity cannot propogate faster than light. The loss of the Sun's gravity would not be felt until the light (or absence of) reaches us. I was well aware of 1., but I simply can't get to believe 2. Is it true? My always-faulty logic doesn't let me accept the idea of 'gravity propagating slower than light'. Could you please elaborate on that?

We're studying Animal Farm in English class in school at the moment. It's a nice, short interesting read. I'd definitely commend Orwell in the way he satirically points out the flaws of communism, totalitarianism and dictators in general. Though I wouldn't have him as my favourite author. I don't read a lot of books and when I do read books I read them from all different authors so I wouldn't say I've got a favourite author. Just favourite books. Instead of communism, totalitarianism and dictators in general, he talks more precisely about Stalinist Russia. I liked Animal Farm a lot, but I haven't read other books by him to say he's a good/bad writer.

It depends heavily on what you define as "hard". Skill-wise? They're both quite easy, you don't have to actually think for them. Effective-time-wise? Slayer is harder because you only need to plant a tree, wait, and check health for lots of exp, and the "wait" phase can be done even while being offline. Money-wise? It is hard and it takes time to make much money (unless you are awfully lucky), and thus you could consider that getting the money for buying all your seeds amkes Farming harder. Click-wise? Slayer requires more clicking, but mining requires even more.
