No you couldn't. As soon as laws came out I tried that and you couldn't do it. You can bring arrows with you anyway you do not need to make them there. You can do a clue and bring the casket with you and open it there, however if you have it with you then the monks kick you off if they see you.
Lunar Ore? Doesn't ring a bell. Anyway you should be able to use the stew to get the +6 bonus to mine it. Aslong as you don't need a level to use an item then you should be able to pot up and do it.
The price won't fall any more unless there's an easier way to craft deaths or makes runecrafting easier/quicker. Even then they'll probably only fall to mid-low 4M.
99% of the posts in the official forums are a joke, if you want people to post every example here then well... there's not enough bandwidth on the internet.
I know it has been possible before but I believe Jagex might have done something so it checks if you've done priest in peril or not now to stop people doing this. Not 100% sure though.
A long time. You'd probably have to train a lot of skills to do some of them too. The quests take roughly 1 hour+ depending some a little less but most around an hour if not more each.
It is organised, I can find anything you ask me to within seconds unless it's a random obscure item :P 108k off 85 slayer and 15k off 15M hits xp. Just had a "perfect" garg task; Top, Mual, Boots, Large and Clue :)
It didn't start it but it definatly increased it. Before a few people were doing it, but with the release of the slayer staff it definatly increased the amount of people that were doing it. Yes it was being used before slayer, but not to the extent it was with the release of slayer which lead to it's nerfing.
Crumble got nerfed before slayer I believe  Or atleast around the time it came out. Nope, I'm pretty sure it got nerfed because Of the Slayer staff which auto casted crumble, first staff to do so. Probably shortly after slayer was released anyway =P
Alching came before Crumbling. Crumble undead only became popular with the release of the slayer staff I believe due to the auto cast. Alching has been used in forever but there have been a few methods that were nerfed. (Charging and crumbling) I personally can't stand alching and really "train" my magic by fire bolting steels :)
