None, been playing for five years too :o I've let my mouth wonder a few times, but nothing that's got me into trouble... yet :-w *tries to log in and finds he's banned* :ohnoes:
Glad it's not just me then. Jagex must have changed something that makes it more laggy, no idea what though... Maybe a few Location based servers. English ONLY, American Only ETC. Your IP would have to be in that country to play on those servers. All the current servers would be "global" that everyone can access. Either than or Skill requirement servers :P
High detail. I tried the german servers but if anything I was lagging more :-s Will try low detail next time, but as I said it's randomly working now :uhh:
It's been happening for a few weeks I suppose. I just changed server a few times and went to one I was on earlier which was lagging and now the lag has gone :o
Here are some soultions then: -Play on servers that are close to your location. -Beg Jagex for more worlds Most likely only soultion 1 will work As I've said the English servers make no difference. No idea what it is :( It's just Runescape that is slow... REALLY frustrating. I suppose it is Easter at the moment, which would explain the increase in people on at this time. So hopefully it goes away next week =P
I have a 3.00ghz processor (2 cores) and broadband, so that's not the problem =/ No idea why when it gets to that point I start lagging uncontrollably. English server doesn't appear to be any better either.
Whenever there is ~1200+ people on a server I lag loads, it's fine up until that point but anymore and it's unplayable =/ It means the only times I can actualy go online is during the day... when I'm at college. When I come back from college it's usualy busy and it's busy all weekend =/ This is really annoying and severely reduces my time playing :( Anyone else have a problem or is it just me? Maybe I should try the English servers =P
:wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: The Gowers OWN Jagex, it's their company. They hire other people to help them make the game. Although they don't own all of it, but they founded it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jagex
Not really any slayer monsters with good drops which you can mage. I'd advise killing Iron/steel dragons if you want to mage though, great "normal" drops aswell as Dragon Legs :)
The monsters were released but they did not drop anything. It was a day or so after someone got 85 slayer that their drops were released. I believe this effected Gargoyles and nechs too. But people used a hex editor to find the Maul and whip, people asked Jagex and they denied they exsisted.
Try Watching TV or listen to music while you do it. Mine a certain amount then switch to another task for 10-15 minutes then come back. Mine with a friend, while it may be slower if you're taking each other's rocks it's a lot more fun.
- Weapon to use until 60 attack - Rune Scimmy - Weapon to use until 70 attack - Dragon Scimmy - What to train on - Depends on your other stats - Should I use PC? - It will be the quickest, however I refuse to PC. You can if you want.
I remember when the update came out and when I got home my brother was just starting it. For some reason we both thought you had to buy the armour there, so I told him to bring loads of money with him. Luckily friend said it wasn't like that =P I don't remember my first trip, but I remember not getting anything good :( And I was getting my kill count up quite a lot =P
Whenever I need to go there for a clue :P Or If I'm walking past and see people inside I go and see what's in the chest, maybe put something in then leave.
Haven't been on much recently. Got 43 hunter yesterday as I was bored :P Just finished a nech task (Got a clue and a pair of boots, clue was rubbish) Went to ardounge to meet a friend and killed a guard while waiting, got a clue with a pretty good award. Time for more slayer training!
Haxer! Congrats though... Maybe I'll get a Kalphite task soon. Have you tried using the Keris? I've not used it solo but I used it with a friend and it appears to be equal to veracs.
There's probably a lot more than people think. I'm going to say <100. There'll be a fair few that no one has told anyone about, It's closer to 100 than it is to 0 anyway.
