This topic is making it sound liek it's a good thing to get black marks. Personally I find them impossible to get, I've been playing for over 5 years and not had one black mark. So unless you're really stupid you should be fine...

The effect it has is minimal, to really notice the difference you have to kill hundreds of thousands of the monster both with and without the wealth.

Unfortunatly not, No idea where the King Black Dragon went, just vanished into mid air. I think most other bosses are Random Free (I know DKs and Jad are for sure) so they can't happen there, but if this happened with a quest monster for example where you had to get a lot of items to "summon" it then I'd have been more annoyed. Bet it was going to drop a visage too

Was just killing the KBD with my friend, when my friend gets the sandwich lady. As we're in mid fight he can't talk and gets knocked out. Fair enough. Now, when randoms teleport they go in a puff of smoke right? Well, the sandwich lady left in a puff of smoke... the thing was, so did the King Black Dragon, just vanished with a puff of smoke. First she beats people over the head, and now she's kidnapping the King of Dragons? The dragon spawned as usual but there was no drop. It was Half dead when my friend got knocked out by the sandwich lady and had a lot of HP left when it "teleported" so there was no drop, left it long enough just incase I went on an insane hitting spree and killed it without relieasing and it's animation glitcheed but was my friends kill, but nope. Nothing. Anyone else had this happen? I wonder if there's a giant area with loads of monsters that the Sandwich lady has stole... :-s

There's no solution to people's stupidity.

You get chewed bones by killing Mith dragons, they're a semi-rare drop (I've only had 1 from about 80 dragons) Mangled bones I believe are dropped by the barbarians in the dungeon. Brutal Greens may also drop chewed bones, I'm not sure.

The rest of the bones in his inventory are mangled bones.

Haxer. Killed thousands of iron dragons (~5k) and not even had a dragon drop.

I have 86M overall XP. and 5M GP. However, I do have: Full Dragon, full guthans, whip, fury and god knows what else. Bank worth is probably 60M? So Overall > Bank Worth.

Been a long time since my last dragon drop, went DKing and got that this evening. My friend got an axe and an archer aswell, 3.2M each :)

Multiple thousand iron dragons. No legs, no skirts, no meds, no shields, no nothing. Infact, I don't think I've ever had a half key. (Although all these irons were before Visages came out, but still) Congrats on the drop, waiting for an iron dragon task to come up soon, but Duradel hates me and keeps giving me specters :wall:

I doubt the drop system works like that though. Each time a monster dies, a random number between 0-1 (or 0-1000 to make calculations easier). Say the drop rate of an item is 1%, this would mean that there's a gap of ten numbers where you would get this drop. So from 0-1000 it could be 10-20 or 475-485 or whatever it is depending on the amount of drops possible. The Bar system I think you're explaining is used for catching Pok̮̩̉̉mon in pok̮̩̉̉mon as you either catch them or you don't. Actualy, I suppose it's almost the same, but I think of it more of a range of possible values for the drop rather than a "bar" it has to be lower than. Although I'd probably program it as if it was a bar, starting from the bottom. eg. "If dropnumber < 0.1 then drop.item(Coins) Exit sub elseif dropnumber <0.15 then drop.item(Steel Axe) exit sub Etc.

Why not actualy mod the board then? I'm sick and tired of all the crap topics polluting General P2P. 6 or so months ago the boards were fine, since then there's been a huge increase in these crap topics. "Favourite ___" "If RS3 was made what would you do" and crap like that. Before it had ACTUAL discussions believe it or not based on Runescape. Discussing things such as new methods on monster killing and topics that were about the actual gameplay of the game not crap that no one cares about and people only post in to get their post count up.
