  1. £150 I believe, or something like that. Will probably get it at some point.
  2. We are not here as a help site for other Fansites. Those sites will have their own support if you need it. We don't mind discussion of other fansites here at all but it's going a bit far when people are asking for help for them. Thank You, DarkDude
  3. There's only 51 points total now. And the highest talent is the 31 point talent in each tree. A lot of the crap has been cut out so really there's not much difference. And those sort of builds you mentioned are what they're trying to get rid of, they feel people should feel the need to get the 31 point talent before going elsehwere. Also the fact that when you specialise into that spec you get that specs signature skill(s) it makes more sense. (Fire mages get Pyroblast for example). Means lower level levelling is awesome too, as at 10 you might have an ability that's useful! You pretty much alternate between new skill and talent point as you level up now too, at least at the start. And with spell ranks being removed (skills become stronger with your level automatically) it should make levelling feel much much better.
  4. 31 point trees, have to spend all 31 points in a tree before you can put point in any others. At level 10 you specialise in a tree, you get some abilities unique to that tree and some "bonuses" too (like fire damage for fire mages). Then you're locked into that tree, like I said until you put 31 points in it. They removed a lot of useless talents and the new trees are meant to have more variety in what you can pick, that along with the glyph system should reduce the number of clones going around. It's great, every class pretty much is getting a complete makeover in lots of ways.
  5. Rock Band 3 seems awesome so far. Haven't played it too much but a decent song selection it seems, new UI is good too :).
  6. Not bad way to start the day. Glad I didn't leave it on the floor (ice strykewyrm clue).
  7. Kill the defilers, they have low health. This means you'll be using a lot less food.
  8. Yep, Lee McKenzie who did a good job. I saw FP3 last night too before Qualifying (and watched both practices the night before). Always been a huge fan of this track and will be interesting to see how the weather is for qualifying, hopefully it's still at least a little wet, more fun that way.
  9. Yep they're awesome tasks, my last one got me 50 shells, made well over 1M from it then got some construction/crafting xp from the bones/perfect shells too.
  10. The fight isn't about killing her quickly, it's about just surviving the fight long enough so the knights overwhelm her. Each time she spawns the healers she spawns one less each time. When meleeing stand on her side so her melee attack doesn't hit the knights too. Just take your time, bring a healing familiar with you or a storage familiar to hold food. You shouldn't need brews and sharks should be enough to survive.
  11. To be honest they need to add high level untradable rewards for all other skills before they add more to herblore. Extreme potions etc. was one of the best updates in a very long time and they need to implement things like that for every skill.
  12. Probably worth waiting until Cata to start playing to be honest, or even next week (likely) when 4.0.1 hits with new mechanics/UI etc. Then 4.0.3 shortly after (sometime in November most likely) with all the old world changes. Not going to play until that anyway.
  13. About 20 minutes behind me :P. Not sure on the upgrades to the armour are, as I said I don't have any. They cost 100 commendations to upgrade, didn't see an option to pay with cash. Special in the quest is different than outside. After quest it uses 60% of the bar and appears to do a magic attack, similar to the saradomin sword (as I stated earlier).
  14. Upgrading armour costs 100 commendations, only works on legs or top, not gloves (which I just bought to test :P), so no picture of elite legs I'm afraid :(
  15. "Elite" Torso [hide] [/hide] Sword special uses 60% of the bar and appears to be the same as Sara sword, or similar at least. As for a boss guide, it's fairly simple. [hide] Your goal is to stay alive as long as possible, this is NOT a damage race, stat boosting pots would be useful but not required, same with piety/turmoil. Just attack the queen (stand at the SIDE of her so her melee attack doesn't hit the knights). When the ravangers spawn kill them ASAP. When the boss is shaking use sword special on her to get rid of the attack. That's it really, I bought a yak full of sharks and didn't use too many of them. Could easily do this in one inventory. [/hide] Any questions please ask.
  16. Quest done. [hide] Books seem to give 50k each in a combat skill (100k prayer xp for me :P). Will post more rewards later. [/hide] Will post boss guide in a minute.
  17. From what I've seen so far of the battle it's just an endurance fight. [hide] Use special to stop her doing her charge attack, kill defilers when they spawn and just try and keep everyone alive[/hide] Now I know that Should be easy this time.
  18. Just got to the final boss. God damn this thing is hard, level 599 and can hit for 500+. Quickly teleported before seeing much of the fight, going to restock then head back.
  19. You had to give the guys the weights so he could see which was heavier, then once comparing them all you'd put them in order yourself as someone messed with the labels on the crates.
  20. All items for repairing for the forge are in crates, don't goto bank like I did to get them...
  21. Skeletal horror has the highest chance of dropping one in the game at 1/20 I believe. Bork is fairly high too.
  22. I know fishing rocks are easy to get but never had it *quite* this easy before.
