  1. Spam is legal to some extent in the U.S. In fact a spammer recently sued spamhaus for $11MillionUSD for blocking them. Lucky spamhaus is in the UK and dosent have obey the ruling. Alot of spam I get comes from the U.S. What the RIAA plans to do is illegal and is classed as spam the problem we as fileshares have is that we would have to admit to our crime before we could get a shot at them. The RIAA Dont want piracy to stop because thats how they make alot of money by lawsuits. If they wanted piracy to stop they would look at selling MP3 downloads and abolish DRM. Why should I pay for Music Crippled with DRM when I can steal it without DRM. I dont see why I should pay then have to mess around removing DRM from the Media I payed for! Give me a service that allows me to buy DRMless mp3's and I along with alot of other people would us it.
  2. How is it not spam?! Did you read what they are planning to do?
  3. http://p2pnet.net/story/10161 At least read it before commenting! Im wondering If we can nail them for violation of spam laws? It does technically class as spam after all. It would be nice to see the lawsuit table turn. I wonder if we can all start using this as a legal defense?
  4. China has over a billion people they could double there forces very quickly with that sort of labor at hand. They use manpower to do most things we'd use machines for the introduction of these machines would allow china to free up an incredibly large work force who could then go into other areas such as weapons manufacturing.
  5. I think the US would beg to differ. ANd quite frankly, I'm not going to sleep as soundly if North Korea develops a Nuclear arsenal. NO DEMOCRATIC NATION HAS EVER WAGED WAR ON ANOTHER DEMOCRATIC NATION. So untill Korea is a democracy, they can stay the h*** away from nucular technologie. I think the U.S. is a far bigger threat to world peace and should be disarmed before they have any right to tell another country it cannot arm its self in a similar fashion
  6. Whats wrong with testing nuclear bombs? They have every right to

This prompts me to launch a Pro binlarden website. The CIA were being tossers. stupid cowards stoop to intimidation and for what freedom of speech? shows how screwed a country is when you dont have freedom of speech dispite it being in the constitution. oops i "accidently" emailed a confession of plans to blow up the white house to [email protected] Dout itll be read anyway U.S. goverment IS the terrorist wake up America!

Im surprise you of all people here wouldent have been more careful. I suppose it not something you normally see coming. Its very difficult and theres no point once a phone is blocked its blocked its quicker easyer and allround cheaper to buy a phone than learn how to reprogram it. In Australia there is a mandatory Jail term for editing the IMEI number. The purpose of the IMEI blacklist is to reduce the number of people hospitalised or killed during muggings so its taken very seriously.
  11. yep, Google is acually worth sueing.
  12. Google donot plan to merge google video and youtube togather. youtube cost $1.65billion it wouldent make any sense for google to close it down. or do anything to upset the users.
  13. Its a long shot but you could try contacting Microsoft for a replacment CD if your copy of windows is genuine. it seems unlikly but worth a try
  14. You must be one of the few people here to wake upto this well done. there are 3 things you need to controll a population. Fear, Censorship, Survalance. If you can give people a reason for fear (terrorism) then give them safty (war with iraq, terror laws) then they will rally behind you everytime. 9/11 was the best thing that could happen for bush! The war in iraq is hevily censored the media go were the u.s. department of defense lets them go.
  15. The US Goverment is creating the fear Osama can sit back and enjoy a beer his work is done. The Anti-Terror laws can be acts of terrorism once the goverment start removing our freedoms which is all the laws do Terrorists and goverments have a common goa despite being adversarys (or are they)
  16. I dont consider 9/11 to be terrorism. Its just war America killed civillians in the middle east for years and invaded countrys with no good cause killing thousands of civilians. Whats the diffence how can you accuse one of being a terrorist and not the other. I dont support tourture theres no excuse or reason for it this isnt the darkages altho the U.S seems to be a very backwards country.
  17. I spend close to $50 a week on food at work.
  18. Am i the only one to have gone to hospital for mine (see previous post) or has anyone else ever gotten themselfs sick from doing there stupid thing.
  19. I got payed to eat an entire happy meal toy and all only thing i didnt eat was the cup lid and straw. The toy was one of those rubber squirter things that you fill with water then squeeze. so it was cardboardbox, cup, rubbertoy, burgerwrapper, little paperbag for the fries and the acuall food. for $20 My advise is dont ever to this if you do youll find out a few hours later why its a really dumb idea. Its should be worth $1000 at least.
  20. Sorry you lost someone but he was a tosser thank god he took himselfout before he had a chance to kill innocent people.
