I am 25+, and have many people on my friendslist who are 20 and 45, even one or two 60+. I think most of us subconciously befriend people who are close to our own age and maturity level. One of the things I have found, is that I have met several mature and intelligent younger players (14-16) aswell as older players (30-40). If someone had told me 3 years ago that I would have close friends who were 15-18 years old, I would have laughed (and been slightly worried :lol: ). Because of in-game chat, forums and IRC, it's possible to get to know people in a different way. Some people are reluctant to talk about age and location in-game, and only reveal personal details in topics like these. My impression is that the average age of those who stick with Runescape for more than a year, is about 18 years old. If you asked everyone who had an active account this minute, the average age would probably be a bit lower. Probably because many younger players get bored easily, and move on to something else. Please stay on the subject. Rants can be posted in the Rants section of the forums, don't hijack someone's thread to complain. That said, there are a lot of topics like this, which can explain why people would think it's been discussed before - in example was there a "What's the hardest quest?" topic a week or so ago. This is not the range spot, it's one of the other monkey types (zombie ones, I believe). Silver, there is a guide on this in the making, I believe.

I agree that it is possible to influence prices a great deal, a good example is Red Chinchompas. A few weeks before the Ape Atoll Ranging spot was "leaked", someone about emptied the market, paying 2-300gp ea for them. After the Ranging spot was known, prices skyrocketed to 800gp ea. Nice profit, and forums most definitely made this possible. Some of the implicated even admitted to doing this, but not much we can do. It is not against any rules.

Not really a guide. The beastiary provides about the same information, in addition to the guides that also cover the P2P drops and locations. You haven't even mentioned all the F2P spots.
