why is it that you can burn maples on f2p, and you used to be able to cut maples on f2p also, it was on the skills list when i started playing, but there is not one maple tree in the entire free world? what is the purpose of making that one log able to be burnt but not cut?

Smithing is pretty depending of mining, or let me take firemaking... not really if you think about it, because anyone with money can buy ores to smith or logs to burn...

right now, its alching steel plates that i make myself, it just takes a ton of time, but im trying to lvl smithing

get 55 slayer and it will go faster, but yes you can do it, i did it with stats worse than that, but i had 55 slayer, ;50 mage, 60 range, 70 att and def, and 66 str, 47 prayer with lots of pray pots

i was doing barrows runs and some guy was running around in the tunnel getting owned by the rats and spiders there... so i picked up his stuff, i got mystic hat gloves and boots, glory, wealth(who knows why he had a wealth, it doesnt help barrows drops), some prayer pots and lobs, enough for me to do another trip.
