Hai. Some of you guy's have probably seen me on Lightning's chat, I'm Arms Aloft. this Is my first shot at a blog, so it might kinda suck, but hey, it's *my* blog, it has to be a least a little awesome, right? :uhh: I play drums, and, well, I know that everyone you'll ever meet will say they like music and it's typical as can be, but i do. I love it. I'll make a list of the kinda stuff i listen to, but generally, it's mostly Oi!, older punk, pop-punk, Ska,and alternative-y stuff. I'm getting into photography/photo manipulation stuff, now, too, so any tips would be killer. In my opinion, both are pretty bad. HQ's got mediocre guides, along with, well..everything on there. Tip.it's horrible for anything(I despise our guides) besides calcs, and TIF, though now most of you rather tell people where and how to post than adding to a discussion. That's why I use Zybez for everything saves calcs and community(though I haven't checked theirs out)

I most certainly do! At least, it's much better then throwing vague assumptions and hasty conclusions around. There was a excellent post on the RSOF (fancy that!) by a guy named Guthix God that listed weapon speeds in terms of seconds-per-hit. I think it died, but I saved his results to a file on my computer for later evaluation, and it has proved very useful for discussions like this. I had used the longsword for quite a while, and had been pretty ambivalent about the whole controversy. Then I did the math, and quickly switched to the scimy. Guthix God found that the longsword hits once every 3.04 seconds, and the scimitar hits once every 2.43 seconds. From tip.it's max hit calculator, we can find the max hit of the longsword, the scimitar, and the longsword with special. At 80 strength, this is 19, 19, and 24, respectively. Here then, is the max-damage-per-second of the weapons. Dragon longsword - 6.25 Dragon scimitar - 7.82 Dragon longsword w/ special - 7.89 As far as damage goes, then, the only use of the Dragon longsword is its special attack, which deals out slightly higher damage per second then the scimy. However, if it's special attacks that we're talking about, why not use a dragon dagger, as others have suggested? The longsword still has its uses. If you're fighting a monster that is especially weak to stab, you may want to opt for a longsword. Personally, I think the longsword looks more like a warrior's weapon then a scimitar, but that's personal opinion, and math doesn't really apply to that. :? Ah, but what i don't see is an accuracy report, i mean, the scim may have more damage capabilities, but how good is it at reaching them in comparison to the long?

My view --Stackable's and rare's will still go in w2, allowing a lot of merchants to keep prices at their will --Barrows sets, TT's, and other W2-ish thing's will now be in the auction house, simply because the common man(like me) will want to sell quickly, with little effort

All I hear about nowadays is players spending 100+ hours on the game, trying to get some silly little item called a "Skill cape" Weird. Clever on Jagex's end, seeing as they named it 'RuneScape' years before they made Skill Capes. Nice job. I always thought Rune was about the Runite armor/weaponry, and Scape meaning Landscape. Clever indeed, seeing as how runite armor wasn't around when RSC started. Nice Job

I say yes. They play the game, and even if they don't directly aid in payment, if members are allotted to vote (I hope not..i want a surprise ), so should freetoplay. They're no different from us =]

Making the bolts worse is un-doable. There would be far too many complaints from people who've spent millions on them, including myself. They should--if anything--raise the price to a decent amount.

Well, I figure thats how your mind works. See, whenever I hear SOAD(eww =/), I think back to 4-ish years ago, skateboarding. When ever I hear Reel Big Fish, I remember me getting into ska. RCHP--chilling at church, playing around on the drumset/watching my friend play guitar. Shins or Death Cab, i think of my ex, and the good times we had. (Yeah, I went through a hella lot of musical changes in the last 5 years, all I listen to now is old punk, oi, indie, and old ska) I always think of Baroque as agility training^>^

I found him quite challanging at 115 combat. :oops: But I had sharks and no super sets, so... Well.. i almost got a free trip to fally thanks to him when i first stepped in :oops: Second time around..well.. 8-)
