rune boots is superior to thzaar cape hands down. Not only is it better in stats, in the cape position you are better off wearing mage cape, spotty/spottier cape, ava accumulator, skills/quest cape.

pyramid plunder is very, very fast thieving exp. I will recommend it over garden any day.

If you join members purely for training, just hang out in pc for the month. You can't bring any members items back to f2p anyways.

It's lighted for a little pass the time it takes to finish 25 bones and come back from bank, so it's safer to always bring 2 marrentil with you.

Nothing to worry about. I have often lend stuff to my friends and never got in any trouble (currently outstanding: veracs, torags, dharok sets). I believe JaGeX would not flag you for RL trading unless they have some evidence to back it up (messages, evidence from trading off sites, etc.). Don't worry, being nice to friends are never reason to be punished for.

running laws and mining pure ess are very good ways to make money early on. At at least 100k+ per hour, you can easily get a whip within a weekend.

if you spend a weekend questing, along with preparation and guides at hand (from multiple sites for cross-referencing), you can finish 20-30 in a row. Remember, every quest give some amount of exp, and you can use leverage those exp to "hop" level requirements. This is how I fulfilled my farming one.

for a time you can open the proselyte crate at entrana, not sure if that's patched though.

Back in rsc there exist a smith slightly west to the varrock rune store, it was removed eventually. This is why varrock have three anvil rooms so close to each other.

the crafting updates delights me! Not only because I had always thought of myself as a crafter, but it shows that JaGeX is still interested in improving old features, not just adding new ones. Can't wait for it!

wow, very creative way to find pc world. How often are you successful in finding a good world? There are several other possibility of rapid change in a world's player count, how do you distinguish this from the others? What's your failure rate?
