When you play RuneScape, you have a different set of actions, moral, and value considerations -- that's roleplaying. It's not whether you roleplay or not in RS, it's only to what extend are you mentally involved (or aware) of the roleplaying.

Making a event is hard, making a successful event even harder. Personally, I believe making a player-quest would be the hardest player-event to do, however, the trend for the budding tipit creativity simply means that player-quests will doubtlessly rise up and eventually dominate the player-event scene. From my experience from the Spoils of War, player-quests are a extremely high-risk venture. Not only do you need to have a good idea, you need to get many dedicated people (Spoils employee 20 staffs minimum), large amount of cash (Spoils #1 costs 5m gp), and enormous effort in planning, practicing, and advertisement. Unless people is willing to risk all these, player-quests will remain silent in the player-event community. However, it seems like everyone we met found the idea to be fascinating, and with fascination someone bound to take such risk. The question is -- Who's with us?

running runes or mining pure ess would provide you enough gp at your level. Each of them gives roughly 100k/hr normally.

Based on and old analysis of mine from logs with total of over 2k trips, there's no evidence that kc affect barrow drop rate. However, your rune drops is affected by the drop rate, namely you will not get blood runes until kc 8+, and bolts with kc 9+.

perhaps you're wearing metal armor? The game will give you a message that state the metal is interfering with the accumulator's ability to attract arrows.
