Being the current head of NATO certainly does not mean he is in control of Europe, and even then any 'control' NATO has over anything is very questionable due to the fact that since the end of the cold war it has been an international body seeking a role on the international stage. The United Nations seems to already be doing all the jobs that NATO sometimes slinks off towards doing. If anyone person is in control of Europe it would be the current president of the EU and even then, they have very little actual control over member states due to the contempt many of the electorate of these states feel towards the EU's core policies and agenda.

:lol: ever heard of fire spells being the most powerful? yeah, thats why i use a lava staff, or if i didnt have that id use a fire staff, i cant see how a steam staff might improve anything, i mean do any spells need water and fire runes together?

im not sure mage really needs updating, 1 item that is likely to come out will be the steam staff (cant see a point to it though, who needs fire and water combined?). any of the other combo staffs might be a bit unbalanced due to them being part air. but perhaps they might release an air combo 1 and make it degrade and need recharging or something.

id like to think i could sell at least a few of these bows for 100mil :D (doubt it will be that high though, im saying 15mil) as if 99 slayer hasnt paid off already :P

i think that the current situation with autoers and goldfarmers is 1 reason the smallers rares are dropping. Jagex themselves stated that in 1 of the cleanups they banned over 6bil in gp. to take that money out of any economy is going to do strange things to items that have a value pinned to the state of the economy. if you want a tip from me for the best return on your cash, i think masks are gonna out perform santas over the next 6months or so :-$ but keep it to yourself

i did this 1 a few times a while back, was quite funny. 1. u need to have the mime emote 'glass wall' and be on a p2p world. 2. get a few energy pots in ur invent (i'll explain why soon) 3. go to lumby and start talking to low lvls about thieving 4. then get them to start pickpocketing the men and women around lumby. 5. say ur bored of stealing from men and women and stand facing them and do the glass wall emote and say, 'lol im high enough thief lvl to pickpocket ur bank from right here!!!' and keep doing the emote standing right next to them. 6. they will run and swear at u, this is where the energy pots help depending on how far ur willing to chase and follow them

dagger (super poisoned) is a must, really really good weapon. im suprised jagex havent nerfed it. skimmy is also good, not quite as good as a whip but as close as u can get with the drag weps

my understanding of barrows was always that by killing the brothers u had a chance of an 'item drop' from them. only it wouldnt appear on the floor but in the chest at the end. Same for runes and racks. Ive always wore ROW for barrows and ive had some sucess there. but never read the knowledge base on barrows as it wasnt around when i 1st went there. the reply from the Jmod just isnt straight forward and looks to contradict the KB. wish they would just be totally upfront and unified on these things.....
