  1. His post isn't evaluating matters... he is laughing at free players and congratulating JAGeX for not making a free player update. I believe he has an IQ composed of a single digit, by the look of things.
  2. What kind of skill would you need to burn stuff? And the fireworks can just be merged into herblore and crafting. Firemaking should be an action not a skill.
  3. Your killing spells would make things to easy... I mean, what kill an NPC in one hit and costs only one death rune to perform? Heck, we could just bring some deaths and go kill the King Black Dragon or something over and over... even if it doesn't apply to boss monsters, one can go and cast it on fire giants to get the drops or something...
  4. You must have a very short attention span then.
  5. Perhaps, but it has been suggested numerous times and personally I don't see it being implemented.
  6. You could make Agility affect running speed as well as energy restoration.
  7. You are congratulating JAGeX for not updating free players? What a sad, selfish, arrogant, ignorant, obnoxious... no, I won't continue. If you haven't realised, stuck-up members topic like these have attacted a lot of flaming, and yours is the worst. Summary: Pitiful.
  8. Very good idea, although it has being suggested many times before (by me even). I look foward to it being implemented.
  9. I don't see why you want to know the "truth", as you call it. Ever played Tibia? Well, Tibia doesn't have language censors, and I can tell you now the community is way worse than Runescape. The most stupid thing is that you could choose to say naughty words to NPCs, and they would reply with something like "Watch your mouth, boy!" which I think is encouraging to swearers.
  10. A Dragon Pickaxe which special is prevents teleporting much like teleblock. That should end the whining of lots of PKers. On second thoughts, add a dart/throwing knife that does the same thing too.
  11. 8K for 100 adamant arrows is cheap... I need to pay 20K+ for 100 death runes... Not to mention rangers can retrieve their arrows. If anything is rediculous, it is the cost of runes.
  12. They promised us Christmas clothes. Snowball is a good idea. Snow for just one week is too much in my opinion... and it's also summer here in Australia.
  13. The Wine of Zamorak should be good, although personally I've never tried it.
  14. I can't dispell the rest because they're just your personal opinions, not constructive criticism. You need to be more specific. But anyways... why are so many good things in the Wilderness? Because it is a dangerous place, so going there warrants a risk. You dispell that risk (PKing) and it will be too easy. I suppose that's what you are trying to say? You also admitted yourself the Wilderness is dangerous, and you don't want to lsoe your stuff. That's perfectly understandable, but no reason to make the game easier for your benefit.
  15. But that way, people who have a bad name in the game or are hunted can just change their name and start over with a clean slate. It is also, as people said, confusing.
  16. A downside would be the fact that it's pointless. Another would be that it makes the game (like someone said before) seem endless, and people might give up playing it.
  17. What does an evil Wilderness has to do with Abyss teleporting? Normal teleportation is basically opening an Abyssal gateway into another dimension (the Abyss) and coming out of it into another place in our dimension. So when we teleport, we basically all enter and exit the Abyss for a fraction of a second (like a wormhole, if you like). The Abyss isn't evil, it is another dimension. The Wilderness is full of chaotic forces that disrupts the opening of an Abyssal gateway. It doesn't however; stop you from entering it. A teleport lever has strong magical forces permanently attached, so can punch thorugh the auras of the Wilderness.
  18. OK here goes... Many Pkers have been complaining how their victims teleport before they can kill them and get their stuff. Although I disagree with them, I can see their point of view: that teleporting makes PKing more (generally) unprofitable. Here's a suggestion to hopefully, end a lot of PKers whining while still allowing people to teleport in the Wilderness. The Runescape website manual states that "the evil auras within the Wilderness blocks teleportation above level 20 Wilderness". If that is the case, why not make it that "the evil auras in the lower levels of the Wilderness is not enough to prevent teleportation, but can cause disruption in the Abyss and thus damaging the teleporter to varying degrees". Basically, I am saying that if you teleport in the teleportable sections of the Wilderness, you will get randomly damaged: the damage might depend on the Wilderness level or just completely random, I don't care. Now if you die because of this when teleporting, the process will cease and you will just die on the spot. You might even make it so that if you're skulled, you suffer 2X damage... Well that's that. Thoughts?
  19. As said, there is no need for another combat guild. Someone had suggested a Nature Guild before (herblore, farming, woodcutting and therefore, fletching) run by druids, which I thought was a good idea. Agility guilds are just the various agility courses in the game, and a thieving guild is... unrealistic. You expect people to stand around waiting to be thieved? You might be able to consider the Rogue's den as an agility/thieving guild though. Runecrafting is supposed to be a secret skill, so a guild to announce it's presence is unlikely. The Abyss is as close as it gets. A smithing guild can just be an extension or part of the mining guild: no need to create a seperate guild for smithing. Wells... have I covered everything? Oh yes... slayer. Personally I think slayer should be a minigame rather than a skill... oh and firemaking? Maybe... a Pyromaniac's guild? Sounds nice...
  20. Not really... I don't have one either. Can't be bothered, frankly.
  21. I'm reminded of a tennis rally. Anyways I don't trade in the Holiday Rares trade (in fact I hardly even merchant), so I won't be too concerned about Holiday Rares.
  22. One: it is hard to see your nationality. Two: aren't we all humans of the same race, Homo sapiens? Let that be enough for you. Three: the only in-dept customization i want is something like height, body shape (fat, thin, muscular), maybe more hairstyles, etc. Different races sounds like too much.
  23. Well I always clean my friend list every week, so I really don't have these problems lol...
  24. Make the Cooking Guild a higher level to enter with a flour sack like in Sinclair Mansion... Also put some vegetable patches and a chicken coop attached to the Guild...
  25. No! Think of the lag it would create! Not unless JAGeX moves Runescape to a more powerful engine.
