Exactly. Or even if you aren't using a weight, try to do them as slow as you can, so your muscles stay tense for longer. Same goes for biceps btw, if you want big muscles, doing 50 lifts with 30kg~ weights is more effective then 500 with 3~ kg. Sounds weird, I know :|

So we waited there for it to appear, but when some 90ish level came running in and asks us what we got, I make the mistake of telling him we're still waiting for it to appear #-o Few seconds later we see a long pointy red thing laying on the floor, we both click like madmans, but the level 90 got away with it :( I was like Did that seriously just happen? Lol. Good thing it wasn't a chain though.

Alas, after 3 years of RS2 I finally maxed my melee stats :) I trained basically everything on Slayertasks, as you'll probably notice. I'm 110k away from 95, was gonna wait to post till I got that level too, but considering I don't really play that often anymore that could take too long :P Was also kinda hoping to have a little party but I just got it at work and nobody was online, oh well.

So I'm in the Slayer Tower killing bloodvelds, and this 114 comes up to me from the Aberrants room: At that point he continuesly followed me for the next 2 minutes saying "plz plz plz" :roll:
