Well, tbh I've never tried Surstrømmning, but I think there are both similarities and differences. They are both fish who've undergone a lactic fermentation process, but S uses herring and R uses mainly trout. I also have the impression (but never tested) that R smells a bit less. That may be due to it not being distributed in tins like S, but either in plastic vacuum pacs or openly (under brine) in barrels.

Well, if to want to look at ut cynically there is absolutely no point in even playing RS. Beside the fact that we find it fun. For me personally I like training skills because I have a weird thing about watching numbers increase. In my way of playing you could say there's no "point" in going on a pvp world and killing other players (which I never do), but for others that's the main reason they play. To each her own, whether it be skilling, questing, gathering money or items or pvp'ing :P

Always bring pots to slayer tasks, and generally let it run out before repotting. Really should consider repotting sooner (108-ish sound decent) as I always have plenty pots in bank from farming/herblore.

Just to confirm an extra time. I misclicked my slayer ring earlier today and ended up in Tairn's lair. Also got new, unlocked music, and I've never been through there

I can second the CW one if it's not already on site. I've caught many an impling there while doing other stuff or just teleing in and out. There seem to be a lot of Gourmet's if that matters.
