Norwegian Ambassador claims that terrorism against Israel is morally acceptable
From the link above. If that link is not enough, I can provide more if you'd want me to. So? We also 'engage' with Israel. So by that logic we're also pro-israel.....

Norwegian Ambassador claims that terrorism against Israel is morally acceptable
Antisemitism (also spelled anti-semitism or anti-Semitism) is suspicion of, hatred toward, or discrimination against Jews for reasons connected to their Jewish heritage. According to a 2005 U.S. governmental report, antisemitism is "hatred toward Jewsindividually and as a groupthat can be attributed to the Jewish religion and/or ethnicity." From Wiki with citation from "Report on Global Anti-Semitism", U.S. State Department, January 5, 2005. Kindly get your terms correct. Criticism of Israel the state and various policies of said state is not automatically nor necessarily a reflection upon various people of a certain heritage, religion and/ ethnicity.

Norway Attacks, at least 80 dead.
Couple of possible reasons can be 1: He knew he'd probably shoot some people inside houses. It would suck if he got caught by a riccochet, no matter bulletproof vest etc. 2: Frangible bullets/hollowpoints leave all their kinetic energy inside the body, and thus do greater damage.

Norway Attacks, at least 80 dead.
Direct quotes from Norwegian police spokespeople say that one 1-handed handgun and one 2-handed rifle was used. Makes/types are not released yet, but the guy claims to have had a semiautomatic Ruger Mini-14 rifle, whether this one is used is still not released by the police. According to doctors treating the wounded he *may* have used frangible bullets, which are not possible for a civillian to get hold of in Norway. This is still speculation and based on guesstimation from treating doctors.

Norway Attacks, at least 80 dead.
For me this is actually very simple. An [wagon] is an [wagon] nomatter age, gender, religion, race or other variables. Yes, the max regular prison sentencing here is 21 years, however if the get him convicted by some special criteria he can be sentenced to "forvaring" (detainement) he can be kept imprisoned indefinitely. I just hope most sincerely that everybody won't let this lead to cries for revenge and more blood. Way too many have lost their lives, lost their loved ones and been physically and mentally scarred for life. This is a time for unity, not fragmentation.

Norway Attacks, at least 80 dead.
We followed the news all yesterday. It's completely mind boggling to have something like this happen here in my small, peaceful homecountry. I'm just very thankful atm that afaik everyone I know are safe. And I feel deeply for the families of those who are not.

Common Clan Chat sticky?
Absolutely something to look into. Yes, we are generally weary of too many stickies in a forum but there is always the need for a balance between stickies and useful info. Other thoughts on the subject? Perhaps a guide on mainsite could solve it in a better way? I doubt a regular post will manage to stay active enough as you mentioned about previous thread in GD.

RuneFest 2011
Hmmmm, problem with it being sat & sun is I'd have to take atleast 1 day off work. Rather annoying, as I'd hoped on getting away with a quick trip fri-sun.

Question for those with HIGH level slayer
Lvl 99, 27M xp-ish and I've done 1050-1060 tasks. Please bear in mind that I played when slayer was released so I've also slayed a fair bit before Smoking kills was released.

Newest Administrator!
And from the horse's mouth. (Neeeeigh) Yes, I play. Yes, I play quite a lot. I am lucky enough to have a job where a lot of the time I can have RS on in the "background", so I do a fair bit of semi-afk'able stuff there. (Mainly killing stuff). No, I don't post a lot in public. I never have, probably never will. I read a lot without posting. I'm just one of those people who lurk more than post (also reflected in my postcount). Should I post more? Probably. Is it detrimental to my job here as an admin? Not as I see it. As for playing "efficiently". Heh, you haven't seen my playstylle then :-D

LOOOOOOOOONG term goal finally done.
How other people play the game is THEIR business. If someone don't feel like explaining why they're not training certain skills, that is their decision. Please refrain from speculation.

200M in all Skills
Gotta admit I'm very partial to your playstyle Duffy. Probably as I'm of the camp that secretly hopes for skill caps increased to lvl 120 in all skills. Although, if I ever manage to max I'll be happy. I'm amazed at the xp speeds some people manage :)

Oh, and i forgot about the scroll of cleansing. Absolutely worth the points!! If you plan on farming a bit of herbs (either for plain xp or cash) also make sure you get the scroll of resurrection or what it's called. (The one that gives you a chance of seeds back)

Well, Grimy's sheets are currently not available. Until he chooses to rehost, and tell people where, not much point looking for them. And I'd agree with you on perhaps buying select herbs/unfs are better when you get a higher lvl, but at 35 there is a distinct lack of actual potions you are able to make. You're not even able to make super attacks (afaik one of the cheaper gp/xp pots) until lvl 45.

Have you done the quests that unlock the "Managing your Kingdom" (MTK) activity? That is an awesome way of getting herbs. Farming is also good imo. The first real useful potion you find at lvl 38 (prayer pots). Before that I'd actually perhaps try and stick to cleaning herbs/attack potions (very easy 2nd) or serum 207 (requiring some of the Morytania quests, sorry can't remember off the top of my head). To get to 38 you need 321 attack potions, which should be pretty doable. The way I finally got to 99 herb was pretty much keep all herbs dropped by monsters (after a while I left marr, guam, tarr and harr in that order), MTK and doing a farm lap or two every day.

Herblore help
My main ways of raising herby were farming, Miscellania (100% herb 50% maple, sell seeds and/or nests) and slayer/lower lvl monster killing. If you have the slayer lvl for them, aberrant spectres are great for herbs. If not, chaos druids and chaos druid warriors in Yanille dungeon was my home for many hours before farming et al came out. Best of luck :-)

Attention abyssal demon slayers!
Haven't tested abbies yet, but at nechs I easily banked all my ashes. Don't really think I came under 36 spec points on yak either. The nice thing about both abbies and nechs is that even tho they now drop keepable ashes, the majority of their other drops are stackables. So not the same strain on inv space. I am far from super efficient when slaying but I do pick up a lot and ship to bank/stuff in my yak.
