Herblore or Farming?
Well we still need to know what method you plan on choosing. Assuming you go about farming the fastest way possible (palm trees, magic trees and maybe a few herbs here and there), it will probably soak up all 80 of that million. I'm sure that finding a nice medium between "fast but expensive" and "cheap but slow" for herblore would land you at maybe a nice 50m or so? But again, it really depends on how you decide to do it.

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End
I agree completely with that. I mean, I expected that little introduction to be further expanded. I kept waiting and waiting but it never happened. They can't just say, "Yeah that's Jack's dad.. Okay bye bye now!" No. :wall: I really felt that after the first movie, everything else was just after thoughts. To me, it seemed like this: In the first movie, we get the sense that the Black Pearl is the most valued, mythical, fastest ship in the ocean. Second movie is like.. wait.. tricked you.. there's one more! The Flying Duchess! In the second movie I also felt like, okay Davy Jones is like the guy in charge of the sea. Then in the third movie it was like, okay wait.. there's an even more powerful being than Davy Jones! It just kept getting bigger and bigger. I like movies that all tie together in each other as opposed to each movie just being an after thought.

RuneScape Guide Worth Purchasing?
Absolutely not. Why? In addition to what everyone else said, that it's only going to state the obvious, you can get help for free from us. Chances are that guide will say things like, "Fish lobbies to get 100k gp per hour! Doing that one hour a day could get you 1m gp in only ten days!!!" Quite frankly, that's terrible advice. Something you have to remember is that there are no "get rich quick" methods that work for everybody every time. Some things work for some people that may not work for someone else. You can't expect to be spoon fed information when there are many other factors that need to be filled in. That's where we can help you. Give us information like what your skills are, whether you're F2P or P2P, how often you play each day, etc. and we can help you much more than any old book. In terms of how to make money, there are many methods that you could experiment with. Here are a few off the top of my head: [*:wjo95f6n] Runecrafting nature runes [*:wjo95f6n] Farming herbs. Buy seeds (ranarr or snapdragon) then sell the herbs for profit. [*:wjo95f6n] Fishing sharks [*:wjo95f6n] Woodcutting yews or magics [*:wjo95f6n] Mining iron or coal [*:wjo95f6n] Merchanting (risk) [*:wjo95f6n] Staking (high risk) There are many money-making methods out there. Now before you take one look at the level required to fish sharks (76) and shy away, you have to remember that money doesn't just pop out of thin air, it does in fact take a lot of work and dedication to get there. You have to work for that runecrafting or fishing level before you can let the cash flow in. Just a couple words of wisdom. So don't go wasting your money on a little book that will tell you to fish lobsters for ten days. Especially not when you have a whole community here that is willing to help you out for free :)

Pouch is damaged
Not sure what level combat you are? But just wear armour, bring food and maybe even a sara brew (they raise your HP and defence level by 15%). You're really not in the "outer part" for very long. Bring a pick axe and/or a hatchet so you can mine through the rock or cut through the tendrils to get into the inner part.

[8:26] I love the 60s! 60 Magic!
Glad I could help :D The gp to getting to level 33 construction isn't much at all. I probably went from 1-33 in maybe an hour or so. I would start at Varrock and walk to the sawmill, cutting an inventory of logs along the way. Have him plank them, then take them back to my house and make chairs/tables/blah blah. It probably cost me like.. I don't know.. It was almost a year ago. Maybe 100k? Anyway, it was easy and cheap~! And nice new sig :D I totally watched Spider Man 2 last night!

Pouch is damaged
Try looking at this guide on the main Tip.it helpsite: The Abyss In the very center of that map, there is a purple dot with the label, "Dark Mage (npc)." The abyss consists of two sections, the outer section (which contains abyssal creatures [monsters]) and the inner section (which contains the rifts for entering the various altars and the Dark Mage). You have to get to the inner section of the abyssal space and speak to the Dark Mage. Go through the conversation and he will repair it for you. You usually have to repair your pouch once every 1k runes or so.

[8:26] I love the 60s! 60 Magic!
I've got all sorts of tips and tricks up my sleeve! :thumbsup: Lets see... RCing: In terms of speed, fires are actually very good if you use dueling rings. Not exactly sure on xp per hour as I'm never good at timing myself :roll: Just use the rings to teleport to the Dueling Arena, walk to the altar from there, then either use the rings to bank at CWS or a glory to bank at Edgy.. whatever works! Construction: Well I think we all know the fastest method to get to 60 -- oak larders. The way I see it, you have two options: [*:38q44ql4] 1. Spend a short amount of time runecrafting and a long time training construction. In other words: make fire runes for runecrafting, then train construction a "slow but cheap" way like ponds. [*:38q44ql4] 2. Spend a long time runecrafting and a short time training construction. In other words: make nature runes from level 44 - 60, which will get you about 5m gp after subtracting the cost of essence. From 33 - 60 construction it will cost around 2m gp or so with oak planks. So instead of using ponds (which is terribly slow, but cheap), you could use oak planks and make larders. Crafting: Well I've done all my crafting with hides. In earlier levels I used soft leather to make coifs, which is pretty fast but relatively costly. And in later levels I began using dragon hides. It's really up to you in this department. Hope that helps at least a little bit~! :thumbsup:

[8:26] I love the 60s! 60 Magic!
No worries, completely understandable : We did a little remodeling around here. Now it's typically all goals/progress report type threads in BlogScape and all achievements in Rate This :wink: Best of luck on your goals! I love goals like this because it makes for good variety. I was going for all noncombat 73+ before hunting came out, but meh :P Hunter was boring. Anyways.. 99 rambling, huh? :anxious: Best of luck~! :thumbsup:

You'll have to give us a few more details. Could you please post here what you were posting on your blog?

Herblore or Farming?
It really depends on a lot of things, actually.. your patience, how long you're online each day, your financial status, etc. It would help a lot if you told us which methods you would use for these skills. For example, a couple questions that need answering: Farming: Would you grow fruit trees and regular trees and leave it at that? If so, which ones? Would you be online every day to check your trees and plant more? Would you be growing herbs? Allamonts? Would you be buying these seeds or getting them from your kingdom? Herblore: What method would you use? Do you have a lot of gp to spend? Would you be buying unIDs? Or would you be buying herbs, seconds, then selling the pots? Would you trade pots for herbs (requires a lot of gp)? Would you be growing herbs? There are a lot of things that could affect how long each skill takes. Right now I'm almost 99 herblore and it took me about 1-2 months to get from 84 to where I am now (97). I got here by trading sara brews for toadflax, then buying bird nests (the second ingredient) and vials. That's probably the most expensive way to do it, and by the time I'm 99, I will have spent 130m on 84-99 alone. But there are also ways where you could probably spend as little as 50m on 99 herblore, but they just take a heck of a lot longer, as you have to deal with herbs like ranarr and snapdragon (but there's a huge demand for those and little supply). So please help us out by answering a few of those questions and that will make our job a whole lot easier :wink:

:: tripsis :: 99 Woodcutting!
Rofl :lol: Thanks so much, as always! It's a very fun skill :D Just slightly difficult to keep up with the supply and demand in the herblore industry. Rofl! :XD: A much more impressive accomplishment indeed. Certainly! Anyone and everyone is invited! Once I get closer to 99, I'll likely post a thread in the Tip.iters RuneScape Events forum. So keep a look out~! Don't worry, I won't :wink: Agility is something that I'm interested in leveling. I'd love to get at least 80 eventually, I'll probably work on it a bit when I farm. But for right now, I really do want to get 99 prayer and farming done, as I've been postponing them for several months now. And with runecrafting going downhill, I really want to get three more buyables out of the way before I totally shift over to nonbuyables (prayer, farming, crafting). Thanks for your support, as always! Yes, he might've gotten a tad confused. But agility is in fact something I'd like to get up eventually :) Maybe not 99 straight away but at least like.. 80 or so. I'll have much more free 'Scaping time while I'm farming to level other skills. We'll see! Hehe precisely. Prayer was a killer, so I'll probably take it nice and easy. I'm really looking forward to farming, as it will give me a lot of free time. Since it really only requires an hour or so of actual farming a day. Hehe 10k ess = 20k nats It's getting to be a tad tedious though. The heat is discouraging me from spending hours on the computer. Heat makes me lazy and not want to move a muscle >.< Winter come back!!! -blush- What can I say, I'm excited! Thanks so much for your constant support, Phaper :) It is greatly appreciated!! 6m - 10m a day is my goal. I've been making 20k nats a day (10k essence), so that's roughly 6m. Hehe soooo excited~! 99 herblore was always an aspiration of mine, one that I always thought impossible. Feels great knowing that I'm almost 99! Thanks for the nests Ady, as always! Hehe. ----- Sold my nats from last night, bought 1.7k nests, and have made 6k nats so far today. I'll probably make 9k more, have a movie break, then make 5k more tonight (or maybe push for 10k, but it's like 100̢̮â¬Â¹Ãâ¦Ã¡ outside and my dad is anti-air conditioner right now, so it probably won't happen). On another note, just got my final semester grades and I got a 3.5 GPA. I was actually pretty worried about how some of my final exam grades would turn out, but I managed to make it by with As and Bs on both final exam grades and final semester grades. My "no studying" trend pays off once again!!

We Need Bank Space!
Already a very similar, popular thread in the correct forum: More F2P Bank Space! [100+ pages!]
-
Sorry
Here at Tip.it we usually discourage the making of threads that revolve around a certain individual :wink: (especially the more well-known ones). Lets just leave them be, they get enough publicity as it is.

Hasaple2's blog to 81 herblore!
Yeah most of the time, lower-level potions don't sell very well. The only ones that have a large demand are prayer potions. Once you get to a slightly higher level, more of the potions will actually be able to sell :)

Hasaple2's blog to 81 herblore!
Aww I'm honored that you've mentioned me Herblore is a great skill, I really hope you enjoy it! You're always welcome to PM me if you have questions about how to level up, or which potions to make, which ones sell easiest, etc. Best of luck~! :thumbsup: \

What skill are you leveling up right now?
Errm. Well my main focus is 99 herblore, but to get there I'm also runecrafting (will get 93 soon). So yeah.. runecrafting at the moment :anxious: -which is why I should get off forums-

One Billion XP
Yes but we all know who you're talking about, don't we? :roll: While naming players in a positive light is fine, we look down on creating an entire thread to discuss an individual player, especially one of the more well known ones. Lets just let the man play his game, please.

:: tripsis :: 99 Woodcutting!
Pfft. Might be cool to get like 20+ quotes in one post sometime :XD: Might have an opportunity for that when I get 99, lol. I remember there were probably two new pages on my blog after 99 construction, hehe. Still doesn't beat her record of 17 quotes in 1 post. Lol that was pretty cool, wasn't it? :lol: It sure was one long post. Still doesn't beat her record of 17 quotes in 1 post. Looks like we all have to start spamming this thread 18 times before she can reply Rofl go, go, go :XD: You're welcome :) I actually look at it quite frequently, just never posted :oops: Dork had a friend of his take a look at the IP address a while back, but we're pretty sure it was a proxy. I really don't think I ever got any keyloggers or anything of the sort (especially since I have an Apple computer and most programs like that aren't even compatible with Macs). I really just think they guessed my password. Ah well, live and learn. It really doesn't :P The house I want would cost me upwards of 50m. But like I said, I have made several improvements since those screenies were taken. It does, doesn't it? :D October of last year :ohnoes: And thanks, as always!! Bored already!? Why don't you try mixing in another skill with slayer to create a sense of variety? Like farm herbs in between every task or something. Should you choose something like snapdragons, you'll actually make a descent profit. I'm actually not really no lifing :P I'm trying to do like 10k-20k nats a day, which is 2.5 to 5 hours of RCing a day at max speed. But thanks :P Aw I'm honored ^.^ Go right ahead~! ----- Haven't actually done a ton today. It's been about 100̢̮â¬Â¹Ãâ¦Ã¡, which causes me to feel too lazy/drousy to so much as move a muscle.. I've made about 11k nats so far and looking to make 10k more tonight.
