Try going through your rooms and make sure: -The only doubles you have are two bedrooms -You don't have any unnecessary rooms (i.e. parlour, games room (they're really not that fun :P), and some people don't require skill halls either) Now it's time to pick and choose :roll:

I've been getting a bunch of "Bad Server Response" messages lately, especially today. Guess I'm just wondering if it's only me or if it has been problematic for a few others.

Mmm, your numbers for 91 runecrafting with the price of essence are wrong. I think you forgot that you make two nats per one essence, so you would only actually use the same amount of essence as for lvl 75-90, only the nats are doubled. So actually it's: Make 4968 nats per hour Use 2484 ess per hour 4968 * 310 = 1,540,080 2484 * 110 = 273,240 1,540,080 - 273,240 = 1,266,840 gp per hour I'm pretty sure that's right :P

You didn't clearly specify whether or not you were using super energy pots, but I'll assume that you were. I really think you should have subtracted the cost of pure essence, because once you do, the profit really is a lot less. Almost 1/3 less actually.

If you plank your own logs with oak, yes it does take about 70m. But the way I see it, having the patience to plank ~217k logs is very, very admirable. If you just buy planks, however, it is about 120m. While the actual skill itself is very easy and fast, I think we have to look at more than just the xp you get per hour - rather how you got the money to pay for that xp. I think that's the admiral part of construction. And mind you.. In order to get 99 construction in four days, you'd have to play about 16 hours a day :shock: i just knew that you would love to inform him about the fact that getting the money is the part that has the most respect about the construction cape.... but you didnt answer where you scratched your money together for it in there though did you? a rare paper party hat did ye sell? :wink: No, I didn't sell anything :P Nor did I have tons of gp stocked up.
