the problem is not that people arent learning english before arriving in the us, its that there is a massive number of mexican immagrants coming to the united states, to the point where they no longer assimilate into the public. they are effectivly creating a 2 class system in the united states that no one wants. in the past, people immagrated that knew different languadges, but they didnt come in the massive numbers they do now, somthing on the order of 20 million people. it also doesent help that the mexican goverment is not supporting the fight against illegal immagrants. this is because the BIGGEST source of income to mexico is illegal immagrants sending money home to mexico. the easiest way to solve the problem (and the one that would fund a wall) would be to levee large fines on enployers of illegals (say 50 grand a pop). that would stop enployment, stop the money flow, stop immagration AND fund a nice big wall along the border, some machine guns there too, and all the money we would ever need to deport millions of them. ...The future generation is disappointing. better then my first post? or are you a hippie? :lol:

well, after getting lost in lumbridge castle for about 45 minutes, I mined some tin and copper and made it into bars, then i started smithing to get my first bronze set

all the specs look good, but is the prosesser upgradable (from the factory) the clock speed seems a little low. try a 1.8 or a 2.0 gjhz. but hp makes good laptops. the reliablity is very good, and they look nice. they usually rank after apple and dell in consumer reports

Norton Anti-Virus 2007- its very reliable, i had to reinstall windows and mess with the regestry after zone alarm messed up my computer, not allowing ANY internet connection

i have one of the origionals and the problem is that the mechanism that holds the cartrage in gets messed up over time and doesent hold the cartrage in. try shoving a case or somthing like that in on top of the pushed down cartrage and it should work. that is what happened to mine (thats why they swiched to top loaders after the origional)

you blew up the power supply. setting it to a lower voltage then the input probly overloaded its capasitors, making them explode. you will probly need a new one (dont worry, unless you have like a 1000w powersupply, there like 30$ us) try newegg.com if you need a new one, or call the manufacturer.

tabbing isnt the problem, i need to be able to alch and read at the same time, without using my desktop which has 2 screens

and that is the reason i dont use the normal runescape forums. i know the rants are worse then most forums, but im pretty sure every topic there looked pointless. its actually funny its so stupid its so bad. the other good forum to watch is the runescape suggjestion forum. the "dragon 3h" and "da hood" ideas came from, i belive.

i love quests too. most of my friends hate them (one is level 97 with 23 quest points) but i love them. again its different, interesting, gets you new items and gets you some good items. i love my new outfit of ghostly, a dsq, ancient staff and black cav, and legends cape. almost none of that would be possible without quests. everything but the cav is a quest item :D

hmm, i think your right about partyhats and other rares being similar in status to skill capes, but i dont agree with the fact that that is the reason that prices have been stagnent. there simply isnt enough people to affect that. also, most sales of phats are between merchants, meaning that the prices are largely independent of skill cape prices. i think the reason that they arent going up is because if there really is a 2.1 billion gp cap, then its just not possible to gather enough money to buy them.
