when oil supply peaks, people will be pouring BILLIONS upon BILLIONS into alternate energy, and it will be a short period of time before alternate fuel cars come out from that point. humans have a way of springing back from losses, and americans with 100m+ cars has plenty to lose. and plenty deep pockets for research. oil will be of negligable importance long before we run out.

well ive finished most of the hard quests before level 80. im 76 combat and i have finished legends, monkey madness, desert treasure, lunar diplomacy and mornings ends 2. but thats no record, and going for HIGHEST level seems kinda stupid.

you make them by finishing the scorpian catcher quest, which is members only, and then taking a air/water/earth/fire/lava/mud battlestaff to the old man you help during the quest. he then makes it into a mystic staff for 40k

they will eventually create a new game with warcraft graphics. its not computer speeds, internet speeds are the problem, as people who still have dial up internet conections would make for extremely slow download times every time they updated the game. they'll get there, you just have to be pacient
