why such harsh words/feelings for merchanters? if you enjoy playing the game by leveling in skills, so be it. if you enjoy trading and talking to people and increasing your net worth, so be it. I cant/dont seem to understand why many people view merchanters as the runescape version of a lawyer.

since this only affects maybe a group of a few hundred people, i doubt jjagex will look into this problem much. I know nothing about the engine runescape is run on, but even if it is simple to increase the gp max, i cant see whythey would spend the time just to benefit those select group of people when they have thousands of other gamers to worry about. once sets reach the 1bil mark(and in time, they probably will) maybe this will end up being jagex's way of controlling the economy and more importantly the rare market.

i hate the way fally looks, gives me a headache. ive seen(but didnt photograph) a wizard trim hat, elemental robe, and heard about blacl g hide. jump on world 2 north of phats in fally to se some of the stuff.

usually when i report, i get a message from jagex that day or the next. i guess it depends on what you report and if you report stuff worth their time. but yes, they do indeed read the reports and if needed, take action.

i have 2 people on my friends list of 200 i would trust with an item. 2 out of 200! this game attracts children and those children really have no morals when it comes to a conjunction of different color pixels. I am always asked for money and items, even begged...the only answer you can give is no. there are a lot of nice people in this community, but unfortunately, those people are overshadowed by those that lack morals and good-will. and as much as it sucks to say this, it needs to be said. when it comes to the runescape community..DONT TRUST ANYONE! alleged 'friends' are just that..just because they are on your friends list, does not make them automatically trustworthy. dont feel bad about saying no, it was the right thing to do.

add to that a green phat, full verac, full ahrim, and you've got all my current outfits. i mix and match the items everyday, i try to change outfits everyday to keep the items from getting dusty in the bank :P

i dont see how that would make a difference. assuming the runescape character uses a backpack to hold items in inventory, if you have a back pack full of items and a backpack with one item both weighing the same...i dont see how the backpack full of items could make you fall more. i understand this is a game, but in logic, the only contributing cause would be weight, not amount of items. but that is my opinion, im not an agility expert in life or in the game.

would make sense.. walking across a line with practically nothing then doing it again with say just 3kg, i think the added weight would affect your balance. not sure if this is the case in game, but in logic/theory what you are suggesting seems accurate enough to believe.

-I care more about exp because of those totally noobish stats. -no, im not doing it as a show off..im writing this so people become aware of this scam and also the fact that i got the stuff back. -I myself haven't seen you in 2 either maybe we play at different times. -the major reason I say i dont care about the loss in money is, money can always be re-gained...materials can as well but losing the time it took to make the material plus having to alch the material made after loses is far more upsetting then losing cash. once again, this is why i said i care more about the exp. nope, sorry. I dont need to scam in order for me to enjoy playing. after i jumped on the jumping stone and crossed the river, my lantern went out(i think this was because i fell in the water). as the surrounding area became pitch black, i started to get attacked and llost 1hp per hit, i died rather quickly. he asks for people to help them by bribing them with money, as well as giving them items(mirror shield, bucket, ring of dueling) to increase the chance of dropping your stuff. it may not be a reportable scam..but its still a scam of sorts

i thought of reporting him but lost his name before i could get it. and he later pm'ed me but reporting himm then wouldnt proce any wrong doing. because it was like 7 or so minutes after it all happened.

well, the scammer was thinking i had the phats i was selling in my invent. which is why he was disappointed at what he found and why i couldnt help but laugh because i knew he would be upset/disappointed.
