I think your on to something, saying that the Pure Essence might go up. However if the Blood Altar does not come out, your plan not only fails, but might make you end up losing money. I think the Blood Altar is not the reward, so I think it would not be a good idea to invest, but I could be wrong. It will be interesting to see the outcome.

Gah, there are so many threads about this. I think that they play a vital role in Runescape because of people's mindsets to get them. What is one of the ultiment goals in Runescape? To get a rare of course! Drive is what motivates the Runescaper to keep playing, and the "greedy" alure of a rare is very big.

Just letting them build in my bank... I hope they have a later use, maybe with an expansion to Port Phasmatys? Would be cool, but probably won't happen.

Yep, there's so many threads about what Jagex bases everything that they make. Good find :) Some more examples are; Monkfish, Barrows, etc.

You try making them then... :| Anyways very good idea, except I think the acual quest should be a lot longer. I also think that the armor is a bit too bright. Tone it down a little and it would feel more Runescapish. And nice job thinking up all of this! =D>

I agree that they would do better updating some of their more unfinished skills, than create a whole new skill. But if they come out with a new skill? Maybe... Pet Care, Summoning, or even Trading? Dunno, it could be anything.

I like this very much, and I think these tips will definitly improve lots of less experienced Pest Controller's. =D> The only drawback to this guide is it's in just a series of tips. I think it would be greatly improved if you remade it into a more guide format. This would make it easier to read, and you might even add in a few tidbits that you might have missed! Also I think the suggestion about mentioning the Pest Control Clans would be a good add on. Yes, this guide is focused on improving your effectiveness on the team, but you should mention how to get a good team! Just because a guide is about a specific thing, doesn't mean it's not a good idea to add more information. After all, the true purpose of guides are to help people, and I think it would help the readers. :)

As stated in my guide (In my last post) if you buy all the meterials & alch at around these prices you should be safe: Yew longbow(s)- 525-575gp Nature Rune- 250-350gp (Or 225 from Rogue Trader!)* Yew Longbow Alched- 768gp *If you have completed the Rogue Trader Minigame, and have access to Ali's non-elemental runes, you can world hop, and buy lots of nature runes for only 225gp each! (This can take a little while though.) If you buy the Natures from Ali, you can acually make a slight profit off of this.

I'll try to break down my replies for a few comments: ~atronic92 Acually, I did. ~pantim Explained in the quote above ^. Almost every person I meet who wants help with this quest originally wants to know how to do it melee style. This quest however, is much easier if you use magic mainly. I have tried to explain how to do it both ways. I also tried to give that impression throughout the guide, and I merely slipped up on that part, not including that information. I have, of course, now included that in the guide, and I thank you for pointing out that typo. Part of the reason I always welcome comments/suggestions, is because I can not catch everything. I know I don't know everything, as nobody else does. There is always room for improvement (within reason.) The occasional slip up in typing is bound to happen, as I am not a very experienced typer/writter. I am sorry I offended you, as I did not mean too. Thanks for the information. I will add that suggestion into the guide.

If I remember correctly, that's how Droolman got banned... It may still be a rule, they may have fixed it, but I would just be carefull.

Acually I didn't mention that at all :) That was on purpose though, because I don't want to ruin all the little interesting things, I just want to give enough information so that people can do it for themselves, without too much trouble. Thanks, I forgot to mention that the "Shadow Realm Guardian" was a Ghost. It's fixed. :P It's acually much easier than you might expect to kill it, and posted earlier, I think some people thought that 40 might be the minimum? Correct me if im wrong but as I am not completely certain, I will just leave up what you have to face and let the reader decide if they are up to it.
