Which still doesn't bring up the point. You shouldn't argue without knowing the latest news :shame: The Warrenty for the 360 is now 3 years. So right now it is not possible for anybody to have an out-of-warrenty 360. And everyone who had to pay before this change has now been refunded. Now lets take that one line slowely. "I have never known anyone to ever have to call Sony for a replacement product." Clearely you have never owned a PS2. I have owned 3 PS2's in my life because 2 have broken, and I still own the last. I know lots of my friends including myself have had a broken PS2, so what argument are you trying to make? Happy? >.< I know nobody with a messed up 360..Microsoft took them in and fixed them, and for one guy, gave him a complete refund. :wink: With the added 3 year warrenty, Microsoft lost over 1 Billion dollars in refunding the money for broken 360 owners. 8-)
