I would ask for some training tips from the pros ;) (Hell, Zezima gets all his skills to 99 while I'm still trying to get two of them to that level O.o) I would also ask what motivates him the most to play RS :)

That's not a bug. Demon always attacked you while you were trying, and you didn't see the damage icons. Their accuracy is just so bad that they usually always miss or hit once. So your def is probably very low. If you look at your health in the stat menu, you'll see what your health is ;)

Common misconseption, mainly due to people not bothering to listen to the guardians. Anyone can enchant the d-stones in there no matter their magic lvl, just remember after all it's just another coloured multi sided shape that gets turned into orbs. Yep, you can even us Sapphire enchantment on them :P Of course, you'd get only 2 Pizazz points, but it'S better than nothing when you have 7 magic :P

This burns me up. First they deny there's a bug. Then they fix the non-existent bug and don't publicly announce it (as of yet)! Between this and the ranger "walk of death" bug I wonder if Jagex has outgrown their capability to develop a quality game. I'd rather have no new updates than to have serious problems like this potentially come up every time they add new content to the game. Keep in mind that they can't announce the bug to avoid that its users spread too quickly, they also try to keep it down by saying that this bug doesn't exist. Now that it's fixed, they can talk about since people won't be able to use it :P

You ever played any other MMORPG? I did, and let me tell you that Jagex does not let a lot of errors through compared to a lot of other popular RPGS (Just watch DAOC, it's kinda scary now :P)

Well, it's a really nice thing to do, Leesters, but it would kinda break the fear of dying if everybody did that, which would ruin a big aspect of the game. People wouldn't be very scared of the bosses, and lower level players would invade higher training spots O.o

Of course, Jagex added tons of random events against macros, they banned tons of those "paying macroing customers", they have rules against macroers, they have systems to detect macroers, they recently changed the duel arena so you can no longer macro in it... And many more things. It's completely obvious, Jagex wants the macroer to all stay... Your arguments make about as much points as saying : No one walked on the Moon, aliens are currently spying on us, and Bush is a robot.

Hmm, great, now that most serious melee pkers use whips, imagine what would happen to mages and rangers if it came back : they won't be able to go below around 30 health without risking getting koed (whip hits very, very well on d hide and mystic/ahrim, to the instance of dagger which still can get some unlucky streaks).

Here is Ahrim's effect, in a duel with fire strike and no food :P It hits fairly often O.o

craven, your VERY rite. but i believe theirs potential in ahrims set effect if it was more podent, recently i figured shadow spells + full set wouldnt be too bad, and ive yet to see some1 use this to their advantage, unfortunately the str lowering ability is random and not really noticable. If Ahrim spec hits as often as Karil, the effect is very noticeable. ive never had full ahrims special used on me other then the NPC but its like everything else its fairly lame. The effect from a player happens a lot higher than from the actual NPCs ;) If you don't believe me, just tell me, I'll duel you :) sure im up for a fun duel most of the time. I love Karil. The crossbow is a great weapon :) And the mage def is awesome. The spec isn't too great though =\ I guess that coupled with Torag and a tb it could be very deadly though ;)

I have full Karil, and I just beat a level 96 meleer (he had a full bar of dds spec everytime against me) 4 times in a row, I'm level 92. The weapon is awesome, and seeing mages swear when they are unable to hit is really nice. Karil is seriously underhyped in my opinion :/ Oh well, it keeps the prices low ;) Oh, and the special do suck, but it hits so often that in a serious fight your opponent will be down to 1 agility, so he can't exit/enter anything that require agility ;) Think about it, it's not that useful, but it seriously can help

I call good job Jagex! :P Why bs? First of all the figure given? They've always exaggerated figures. It's only easy because some people auto 24/7. People who auto normal-like playing hours, I'd like to see how easy it is to detect them. O RLY? I'd love to see this bit of code (Presuming it's code) and see if it eliminates any possibility of a false-banning. My guess is, it doesn't. In fact, my guess is: This 'system' doesn't even exist at all. If Jagex think they have a breakthrough against autoers, they're sorely mistaken. They've been losing the battle for 5 years now, I hardly think they've managed to turn it around now. Once again, I call [cabbage]t. Well, I must say that getting rid of the full-time autoers is a good thing, even if it doesn't solve the entire problem ;) Beside, give them the benefit of doubt : unless you're a programmer, you can't check if that code really exists or not ;) RS players are great at complaining, so if there are a lot of "serious" autoers left, we'll hear about them I'm assured.

I had it as soon as yesterday, that was my second time, If I had seen this before I would have took pictures for you :( He basically asked me three times to find the odd one out : 1. 2 jewelry pieces and a fish 2. same as 1. and 3. 2 fishies and 1 piece of jewelry. I had the choice between a 1k prize or the mystery box. I took the last, and I was awarded with an uncut diamond.

Anybody else beside me use range to kill all the barrow brother? Cbow/Karil's x-bow + between 108 and 102 ranged works very well for me, I'm a tad slower than mages with high spell, but I waste less cash per shot and I'm still as fast as mages with, say, fire bolt.

Very guide, I'll post a pic of Karil's attack styles, Karil's full and the stats of full as soon as I get 70 def :/

What? O.o Btw, how do you make a mill or 2 per day with blue drags? You play 10 hours per day? :shock:

I kill blue dragons :D That's solely how I make my cash (well, clues too, but since they come from blue drags anyway :/), I sell the d hides and the d bones. I make a few hundred thousand per hours =) Of course, I sometimes end up toasted and lose my ranger boots, but I overall made millions of gp, and I got 96 ranged partly due to that :P

40 ranged xp at 96 ranged, killking blue dragons :/ Of course, I stop every 14 dragons to bank the hides+bones :P I don't get a very high amount of xp, but I don't have to leave my training to get cash either :P
