Understandable Strange for # 1 Maybe a couple of years ago *shakes head in sheer astonishment*

I had went through the same thing a few months back....lasted around a week. Runescape can become extremely addictive especially after a year of playing, don't expect this break to last too long. :twisted:

There are way too many loopholes to actually, completely prevent this scam from taking place, however if someone falls for it and actually types their password out...then they deserve to get scammed :twisted:

Since the questions are mostly about overcoming problems, you'd probably get a reply...however I seriously recommend you NOT use the build in email system that Jagex provides, as using it would get you around 1 in 1000 odds of it being READ, let alone answered :shock:

I think that the most cost-effective and therfore useful skil woud be range...even with the loss of random arrows and the fact that the best armour is green d hide (for F2P) sucks....overall the amout gained versus the amount lost is better than mageing...and of course in terms of range vs melee, out of every 10 times a ranger and a warrior fight for a kill the ranger will get it 8-9 times....enough said :twisted:

Again emphasizing that its "random" :wink: in theory you can get it as many times as you want...

i agree with nengal, windows is the best for a home user because of its very friendly user interface, but linex is much more secure and would suit a more advanced user.

you have to be very careful with hijack this...it records ALL the processes that have taken place on your computer, including your own ! Ad-aware is good, or Spybot. but don't blindly trust anything you find on downloads.com...be sure to check c.net's rating on anything you download

First of all i don't understand how you would go about *owining* ppl with a violin :? but when u get a high lvl of sumthing in a game such as rs, its not only for braggin rights, but ot have fun playing a game, stop trying to get somthing out of rs and simply play the game for what it is

firefox has some glitches, or it could just be my computer, i would recommend opera...but chances are that if u get pop-ups whatever your mom downloaded is ad-ware, in which the sender records your internet surfing habits and uses the information to send you ads that you would be interested in...I recommend downloading Microsoft anti-spyware and immediatly running a scan.

Thats actually pretty funny, but its highly unlikely that Jagex will trace the guy's main, unless they decide to start tracing IP's.

If u are a low lvl and you manage to kill one...you can get a comparitivly good item...it would be like having a shortcut to greater demons, near a char respawn point

Well...last time i checked was around a month ago so i guess the rs economy has i bad with inflation As for the drop...the problem with drop trading is that if u choose to do so and end up in a situation such as the one you were in...there is no possible way to get back the item short of pleading and/or begging the person that was fortunate enough to pick it up...starting out by saying that he'd report your was probably not the best way to approach the situation :wink: ...and if he actually expected you to give it back to him...he deserved to lose it....enjoy the 1(.2) mil

I fail to see how this will help the economy...all it will do is increase the amount of gp in rs and therfore decrease the value of it...if this is done in mass quantites rs will have an inflation crisis...and one more thing...smelting sttel bars is alot easier and fetches and average price of 500 gp each...and this time your taking the money form another player which means its being circulated(sp?) not simply introduced into the rs economy

making it easier to report someone could only be better, because its helping out Jagex and everyone else in rs...not to mention the fact that half the ppl that are breaking the rules have "o 0 o 0 o 0" names that are extremly hard to report...if its been suggest many times before then it goes to show how much ppl like this idea

Agreed. I totally agree with that. Your parents must not care what you do at all. Playing 7 hours a day to me is totally unhealthy and extremely bad for your vision of just staring at a screen the whole time. I would deffinitly sort out my problems if I were you. If you don't change your ways, you will DEFFINITLY have trouble in your future. I agree with that as well...the absolute minimum amount of sleep that you should get is 9 hours...any less and it could have long term effects....and if you are playing in excess of 4 hours at a time it could lead to nerve damage in your eyes...i dont mean to sound like sumones parent but, doing sumting like this is uneccesary. Once in a while isn't too bad but having this a as routine... :?

it takes 4-5 min...unfortunatly you'll probably get jumped by a pking caln by then
