If you want to level fast in prayer in your current position and don't want to spend alot of cash on it, I can only give you the tip to become member. Otherwise you could try killing giants and then bury their bones. This goes slow, but it's the fastest way I can think of...

Granted: You find a machine gun and 6 throwing knives under your bed one day, but when you uses the gun it explodes. When you later have throwed the knives, you don't find them anymore. I wish someone corrupts this wish.

No, I don't think so. Think if someone got the PIN 1000. And then he want's to buy a law rune which costs 1000gp. He goes to Varrock bank and says "Buy law rune 1000gp". But instead it becomes: "Buy law rune ****gp". That would become irritating. I know he could say 1k instead, but I still think it would be pretty dumb to block the PIN.

I'm not exactly sure myself but I'm guessing a looter is someone who finds a spot where another character has died and takes all their stuff before the owner can get back to it. Yes, that's a pretty good explanation.

PST is GMT-8, isn't it? I live in the timezone GMT+1, and I'm often online at the evenings about 6PM-9PM and in the afternoons 4PM-5PM. In PST that becomes 7AM-8AM and 9AM-12AM.

I have some computer problems, so I won't be able to play so much RS until monday evening. This started on friday afternoon, so I haven't been able to play RS until now. My computer have problems with the booting, but my father has promised to fix it on monday. He's some sort of IT-pro, so I think he will be able to fix it.
