If they aren't random, why are they called RANDOM events... some days i get 4-5 frogs, some days i get 1-2 some days i get none... it is random, just randomness isn't coming your way...

very true, but, more exp per cast... and chance of getting dragon axes, zerker rings and warrior rings.

Seriously.... If I could tell Jagex to add one thing.... It would be this..... MORE VARIETY OMG, how many times do you just sit there and watch your character just boringly swing his/her weapon at a monster, its just like ugh ugh ugh hit hit hit boring boring boring.... Maybe like instead of just waving your sword up and down why not like swing around with your sword or like chop to one side then the other then the middle.... And maybe if you miss, show the sword missing, because when i see a 0 hit...i know for sure that i hit the monster or thing whatever. And say you miss with and arrow or spell... show it missing and hitting the ground or something... And omg, don't get me started on trees, since when do trees just dissapear, show them falling or something, show woodchips coming off.... I'm sorry, i know JAVA is limited, but they could at least try to implement this into the game, its very boring just watching your character be like "oh yeah!! i hit you in the same place everytime" i wanna see hits to the legs, arms, head wherever (dont be rude =p).. Discuss

Ahhhh yes, the SRL....this was out when i was still nooby...even with the SRL...i was still finding my characters running round in circles...then script stopping cause it couldn't find the axe.... I understand the new random has come into play and have also forgot to add that it does have an effect on the autoers.... BUT.... i suspect that this particular random wouldnt have the same odds as getting the axe head flying off....why? because the axe head flying off was a WC only random where as this new exam random is a {rs}worldwide random... tbh, dont ALL of you find that you get the MoM or the genie more often than you get mime or the drill demon? anyways off to work.... laters

Well....I come home from school...open my web browser and look at the new updates....unlike some people, i take the time to read the whole news story rather than read the front page... rarararara pest control rarara game improvements.....rararara RANDOM EVENTS. :shock: Now, they have released a new random event, something about an exam test (ugh!) and i read on further to see..... Well this is sad to say....but i have tried autoing :shame: :shame: :shame: .....this was before i hit lvl 30-40, before tip.it, before i had any real respect for this game....and let me tell you, it was hard to find a script that had an auto-find axe when it broke. Now that jagex have eliminated this random event, it makes life much easy for all those autoers out there. I, for once, have to complain about a random event :wall: (although i really really hated this random event) i realised that this event was one of the key events that stops autoers. How do you guys think this will affect the economy of logs :?: I personally don't think this was a smart move by jagex but i'll leave this up to you.... :-k discuss. :roll:
