I was actually thinking of around 150qp, but then I thought it is a little 'too' hard to get into a guild(knowing jagex). Good suggestion though, although I think 200 is a bit too much. Recipe for disaster is a hard, loooooooooooong, tiring quest. I don't think I should make that one of the requirements. 150 sounds good too me or maybe 175 same as rfd, tbh 200 is a bit overboard only 223-ish qp's at the moment isn't there? so thats what like 6-ish quests not completed

what about if you're standing in world 2 fally with some items you're selling and your phat on? telling me it's their fault then that they got a random, lagged and then got logged? do'nt think so good idea, but won't happen though
