actually if you read what somebody said, most people find that a booster seat is worse, and that it still cuts into your neck, meaning most parents say to tuck it under your arm...in a high speed crash chances are that could range problems from being winded, to ribs collapsing into lungs, how is that good? well in England they have enforced new car seat rules as of today, and in my opinion they are ridiculous! they state that anybody under the heigt of 4'5" or the age of 12, whicever they reach first, muct sit in a child seat, the kind that you used to sit in.when you were 5. i think this is absolutely ridiculous as i know that a lot of year 7 students and even year 8's would have to wear one! how stupid is that!
