I reserved a copy of Paradise Now at work, going to pick it up this afternoon. :)

Clubs: Barcalona AC Milan Olempique Lyonais (sp?) Chelsea Arsenal Players: Gerard Ronaldinho Riquelme (sp?) Sjevsjenko (sp??) Henry Something like that, probably. Not really a particlar order.

Took some better quality pictures.. DVD's is probably the most interesting about my room. :P

La Tigre e la neve - The latest movie by director/actor Roberto Benigni, who is one of my favorite actors. And God, I loved it. I honestly can't see ANY reason why somebody would not love this movie. So. If you're a fan of La Vita ̮̬̉̉ Bella and you are a fan of Roberto Benigni GO SEE THIS. If you're less known with Roberto Benigni, don't hassitate, if they don't play it in big cinema, go to a small theater where they do show it. It won't dissapoint you and you really miss something if you don't see this. 8/10

Shijie - Saw this sundaynight in theater. I didn't really like it. It took a lot of my patience, as it was very slow (mainly due to the loooong trackingshots in EVERY scene) and it even took two hours and thirteen minutes, and I didn't get much satisfaction for it in return. It had some good moments, and great locations. But overall it didn't do much with me. I'd rather see an Ozu than this one. 6/10

It doesn't have to be big. And what does it matter when a movie is from that makes it good? Of course it has to be big. And it matters a lot when a movie is made. I just don't see any "best movies ever made" getting made in Hollywood these years. The last two were The Matrix and Requiem for a Dream After that I didn't see anything from Hollywood that could be considered "one of the best movies ever" so yea, I'm a bit pessimistic. It's just naive to say that if they get a compentent director a Max Payne movie would be one of the best movies ever made.

I don't see any big modern movies becoming one of the best movies ever, let alone a big modern movie based on a game.

Jackson is working on somekind of Halo project, right. It'll probably win another 10 Oscars, as everything Jackson touches turns to gold.

Not very succesful IMO. A bit pointless too.

Sea of Love - Been a while since I saw a real american thriller, and my dad took this with him from the liberary, so I saw this. Pretty casual decent thriller. Pacino is nice, just like Goodman. Some funny moments, here and there a bit exciting, but never really exciting. 6/10

Europa - The last part of Von Trier's Eurpa trilogie. Europe in change after WWII Again brought to us in a state of hypnose. Dark and vague, constanly switches between B&W and Colour, different layers and time. The scene where Leopold is drowning is one of the most horrible ones I've seen (this is positive!). If you like Von Trier and you're able to see it, do it. 8/10

Tom Waits and Iggy Pop in segment "Somewhere in California". Coffee and Cigarettes - A project JJ started 20 years ago in '86. Finished it troughout the years and in 2003 the final thing came out. Eleven shorts about people talking during their coffee and cigarette(s). Sometimes funny, sometimes sad, very stylish and time moves ten times faster than usual. Best shorts for me: "Twins", "Somewhere in California", "Cousins", "Cousins?" and "Delirium". Deff. worth seeing. 7/10

A collegue of mine is pretty well known in the 'Dutch' rap scene, and to be honest. His grammar and spelling is better than 99% of the customers we get. Not to mention about his musical knowledge, which would surpass about every member posting in this sub-forum.

What's the point of expelling a five year old. Give the parent's some 'punishment' (if somebody should be 'punished' for this), not the kid.

I was more concerned with the 5 year old having access to the gun. True, but that's parent's failure, we're all aware that that happens. But expelling a five year old kid, that's most likely unaware of what he's doing, from school is even weirder.

I actually love Paris Hilton. I mean, she looks good. And she has got all those cat fights with all those other celebs, and she really doesn't care what they say, she just replies wiht "I'll get back at them", she's so mean, it's cool. She's also funny, in a pathetic kind of way. And man, I'd know what to answer if she asked me for a one night stand!
