It depends if the draw between France and Italy is a 1-1 draw (or more), I believe. And then how many goals Romania scores against Holland and get against. I believe if it's a 0-0 draw and Romania loses they will still go trough.

I bought him a little book by Hugo Borst. It is called "Schieten op Volkert van der G." (Shooting on Volkert van der G.). Volkert van der G. is the man who shot Pim Fortuyn. The title comes from one of the stories out of this book. Hugo Borst and five friends of his were invited to play football against some 'two-bit crooks'. When they arrived they were on the field against a trigger happy rober, a serial killer, a man who killed a thirteen year old girl and on goal there was Volkert van der G. This is one of the fantastic football stories that are in the book. And it's all real.
