I lost most of my pictures just recently, or well, they are not lost.. I got rid of some old HDs, replaced IDE with SATA ones.. Anyway.. The 1 folder I remembered to copy over has 1 of my favourite pictures of better times ;) 571st with 90 HP. Ahh... I was in the top 100 str when fighting was separated into 4 categories as it is now.. Today? About 33,584th. With 99. Awesome. :roll:

WoW is boring after you play it for over 3 years and have all but 2 classes at 70. But RS is boring too. And EQ2. And EvE. And HLG. And AoC. And LOTRO. Too bad, so sad. I still play around with most of them, got nothing better.

Bleh. When the att/def/str highscores were separated from "fighting"(HP) I was in the top-100 for strength. Now I'm about 10,000th :wall: Though, I haven't really played much since RS2 release, but still.

20.02.2004 Nothing since that has quite compared. It was my goal since I started, so getting it was great. Actually had 96 str before the summer of 2003, but burned myself out training "too much". Got 97 str in october just casually training and F2P and then at the start of 2004 resumed training "HC" and got the 99..

Agility is quite boring. It's not hard by any means, just SO BORING :wall:

Umm... Well, dunno. I generally ignore most people around me. One thing I remember was killing an ex-clan mate the day I left that clan. He was all "Hi whats up man!", pewpew dead :-w

That's the oldest one I have, from early 2002. Started in 2001, but didn't take pictures. Stats suck because I only got constant internet access in fall of 2002, before that it was randomly playing from school/library...

unless you use noted logs to train.. dont need to leave house.

Dueling ring is IMO better than glory ammy though, more uses per and cheaper, too.

Make a kitchen and do oak larders, 8 oak logs each. At least my servant is so fast that no matter how fast I remove/rebuild he's back with a full inventory before I've finished the last load, so using up more per build IMO leads to faster xp/hr.. And stuff. Yeah.

Is just running between varrock east bank and saw mill operator turning logs to planks fastest? Or is there some other method? I figured I'd be able to cut down logs in my house and make my servant turn them into planks but I can't figure out a way to cut trees inside my house so I guess that can't be done. And looks like servant can't bring me logs, only planks, so I need to do some manual labour(blarghh) or someone thought of something faster/more efficient?

Ugh, do I feel dumb now or what :oops: I was sort of wondering what the cloth was gonna be for :lol: ... oh well that solved this problem, thank you ;)

So I am at the end and thought I'd be done soon, but I ran into something I can't figure out. I've done the quest according to tip.it quest guide and I'm now on this part "Read this entire part before continuing! You'll have to be swift, but don't rush yourself, use the cooked rabbit on the catapult guard, now use the barrel bomb on the catapult, from here you'll see a short animation and a tent burning." The problem is that when I use the barrel bomb with the catapult, it says "I don't want to use that for ammo." ... Eh? I thought about having to use it with fire even though that's not said in the guide but I'd rather not risk blowing up if that's what happens :P

Started february-march of 2001, played untill summer. Didn't have access to internet during the summer so no RS. Same thing 2002 except at the end of the summer I finally got broadband to my home so I started to play for real. Played quite a bit untill June 26th of 2003(release date of SWG). Played SWG untill about january of 2004 and then continued RS for some months bringing my stats from 70 70 97 where I had left them to 92 80 99.. Would've raised them more but then RS2 was released in march-april(I think?), I played it for a few hours, hated it and quit. Went back to SWG, unlocked my jedi and stuff and then when WoW was released in february of 2005(EU release) I started playing that. Then late in 2005 I quit WoW out of boredom and gave RS2 a chance.. played for a month or two and then got back to WoW. And now, a week or so ago, I came back. Planning on staying for longer now, since I really don't have any other cames to fall back to now. Mm yeah, that's my RS "life" story, :lol:

Gotta test this. Last time I tried to play Chessmaster 10th edition while doing mundane stuff in RS, the chess program was exteremely laggy and completely froze many times, so I gave up on it. Let's try now then..' EDIT: Nay, doesn't work. As soon as the game was out of the opening book and the computer had to think, everything froze untill I forced it to close. Too bad.

Never had someone just blatantly come and ask me yet. Several have tried the "look you can't write your password, here's mine: ******* !!!11" tho. which is often followed by some people saying stuff like "dodgers234" "**** it didn't get blocked" *scammer has logged out* meh. some people are gullible.

Completely pointless for him to blank them tho since they are so low he doesn't even appear in highscores. Can't really be used to determine his identity like some really high skills could be.

If it were based on that I'd be long gone. When selling stuff in large amounts to shops(like willow bows or .. iron plates or..runes to zhakahz-whatever caves) I change to single button mouse so that I can just click on 1 spot to sell 10 over and over(sometimes thousands of times). I put the cursor where I want and raise my mouse(optical so it doesn't move if its not against a surface like a mouse with a ball would) and start clicking. So no I don't think it's that.

first rare drop I got was d med(I dont count addy and rune stuff rare really) from KBD during the first few months of KBDs release in RSC. I was quite happy since it was 4-5m back then. But I can't say what I said since I said it in finnish but basically the translation would go "asfnafgakfajskdfjsabjfasjk̮̦̉̉asd̮̦̉̉!!!!!!1111dmedddd".. mmmkay.

I actually wonder WHY nature prices haven't gone up yet. It seems extremely hard now to buy any amount of them. Few days ago needed 10k for alchemy and after hours and hours of searching forums and jumping between serv1 and 2 market hobbies I mustered...5k. Maybe I was unlucky not to find any, but before(6 months ago when I last time played) people were selling MASSES of them at all times. :?

As irc quotes have taught us(if you have read them o_O) the best approach to any kind of "disasters" around your computer are best handled by describing them to everyone online, not actually responding to it in real life. I haven't heard much weird stuff in RS so much as I did in WoW when I still played it. For some reason every dang asian on the server assumed I was from asia too and kept talking to me all the dang time. I found some web pages on how to talk with "gold farmers" and started responding stuff like "I love you" to them(apparently, could have been anything really) which really seemed to make them happy(they started writing me MORE)...

The problem with rune buying/selling is IMO that the more people know about it, the less effective it gets for everyone. It would be great ofc if the servers always had full rune shops, but if this gains popularity, they wont have. Nice guide anyway, hope to see some more.

ironically I'm just in the process of alching 10000 iron plates while reading this(I hate alching) the only thing i really miss from "being lowbie" is RS1 and doing stuff for the first time.
