Out of all of those, Dizzee is the onyl one I've heard of. Europe doesn't have a very strong presence in the rap scene, which isn't right considering the presence that certain other areas have (no need to name names).

They sold illegal drugs, participated in human trafficking (prosistution being one form of that), and killed those who posed a threat to them. 80 years later, what do modern-day "gangstas" (not the majority of mainstream rappers or the guys who are MTV regulars, I mean the people who really live in poor, almost-lawless communities) do? The exact same stuff. Sure, they dress and act differently, but the things they do are virtually the same. I still think you're getting your info off MTV or something. :|
