My God. That radio thing on the front was amazing. I put my mood, genre, era, tempo and dance, and I every song that popped up are like my favorite artists and groups. WOW. Big props for that. And that every video game site is awesome too, amazing. Two best sites ever lol.

There is NO lack of originality. I'd like you to look at Nas, Eminem, Dr. Dre, and Outkast and tell me how all them or the same/unoriginal. And EVERY rap song samples another famous song. That's one of raps many edges, it brings a feelign of renovation with nostalgia to it's music. I swear, the hate towards rap on this site is so ignorant and one-sided it's insane. SOme people just have the msot elitist attitude towards their preference of music it's sickening. Seriously. Mainstream hip-hop is garbage, save for a very few. We know. Nobody's going to argue that. If you would look past the mainstream you would find such an amazing culture. Your loss.

EVERY genre has fallen in sales. The only thing is, hip-pop/rap was hit hardest since it's the most popula rmusic, and it's been that way for over a decade. I don't know if there will be a "new" big thing, I think everything is big in it's own light. It's all up to the mainstream. And, by the looks of the majority of billboard #1 hits, the mainstream isn't quite as intelligent as it use to be. But yes, I think rap will be undergoing a renvation, a BIG one.I'm willing to bet others have noticed this too, but rap is slowly going bakc to it's roots of lyricism and uniqueness. Kanye West's Graduation is already platinum, and it's WAY different from the standard nursery rhymes of rappers like 50 or whoever. Common and Talib Kweli ar estartign to get rotation on the radio and play on MTV. Sure, this isn't much yet, but this is a sign of change in the lurks without a doubt.

Lucas was panned to replace Ness in Melee anyway. They didn't though, due to time constraints, and Mother 3 getting delayed. Ness' time was up. Sorry guys, I liked Ness too, he was really unique, but sometimes new blood in the seires is a good thing. Besides, the rumor of one of the original 12 being removed were starting to gain momentum (I was always suspected Jiggly to go). Welp, here's to the new breath in Smash. :? :

NO, FORGET THAT! Everytime something importnat comes to AZ, it's always in freaking Phoenix. I'm tried of it. I live in Tucson, the only thing we get here is underground metal, emo/screamo, and rappers (like The Dogg, but he's not really my kinda taste), and it's always down in the [cabbage]ty parts of town like the UofA (I used to live down there, but I don't anymore). So NO, Phoenix gets everything, throw the little guy a bone every once in a while. :P Anyways, I saw RAtM at Rock the Bells earlier this year. For those who don't know, RAtM always tours with my favorite group, the Wu-Tang Clan. I gotta admit, their performance was really good. They got the crowd pretty crazy. I'm usually not into groups like RAtM, but hey, if they're down with Wu, I'm down with them. :) (But Wu and Nas had a better performance :P )
