On world 66 - You'll need your p ess noted. As they give 27 laws and 27 noted ess for 27 untoed ess. World 99 - You won't need your p ess, since you trade 27 laws for 27 ess. Not sure how busy world 99 is though since they don't give ess back.

You need to start Mournings End pt 1. Once you do, the elves take you into the city to talk to another one. That gives you access.

Members - actively contribute to Jagex by paying. A member that pays and isn't able to play much in a month still paid for the entire membership. F2P - passively contribute. Same scenario, F2P player doesn't play that much, Jagex ONLY gets what ads were shown for that person. Add that to the amount of free players that block ads (and I'm sure there ar a lot), then that's even less that Jagex is getting from F2P. As I've said, I don't see why they can't get an occasional update (which they do. 3 updates - 3 months in a row last year), but the attitude that F2P "should" get or "deserves/is owed" updates, is wrong. Even when they do get updates, it's never enough. If you want: Occasional updates - stay F2P Regular update - join Members That's what it boils down too. Jagex is a business to get players into members, giving free players more will only encourage players to stay there.

And I think we can safely say, that anything that is currently able to be gotten in game, won't be discontinued. With the way Jagex feels about rares as it is, I can't see them "creating" more rares (hence non-tradeable holiday items).

Locked. Yes it is illegal to trade real life items (money) for in game items. More than likely the site is just trying to get your username and password to hack you. I'd stay away

Yea the ability to get +3 teas with the lower shelves apparently was a bug. But since no one knew they weren't supposed to be that way (it's not mentioned in the KB), never reported it. When the Eyes of Glourphie(sp) quest came out, something in the code worked itself out, and it started working the way Jagex meant it too. Might want to repost about this in the Website Updates and Corrections forum. Since the guide hasn't been updated since, the Crew may not have realized that it's still saying the old way.

No time limit on them either. I remember seeing a screenshot of someone that had waited and collected 28 of them in their inv.

You could also make 1k yews longs (the way dkjestrup said, except don't buy nats). Then when they are made trade the made ones for supplies and keep doing that. Yanille (world 132) is the unofficial fletching guild. There are always a lot of people there trading supplies and longs.

Good luck on that. Not much I can offer for tips, as your probably already doing everything you can. (willows are the way to go) But at under level 70, you're looking at about 2 months of cutting (took me about a month from 92 to 99 on willows). SO you might want to pace yourself. Maybe do something different every couple of days then go back to woodcutting. Might make it a bit easier if you break up the routine.

Like Harrington said, even at 99 wcing (with d axe), I can only manage a little over 100. About 12-15 minutes a load.

Not much on the history of the Poison Wastelands yet. I'm hoping when (IF) they open the great Elven city (pffrindas?), that they'll release more of the Elven lands history

I think now that it drops along with other things, as it seems to be independant on it's own. Like you said, it doesn't increase, but wearing a wealth shouldn't replace the chance of getting one with a different drop now.

Yea, outside of wildy, I think all the unicorn cpots only have 2 (or 1). Between cath and seers - 2, south of edge - 2, Ardy zoo - 2 (but you'll need telegrab runes or use fairy ring to get in cage), east of rellekka - 2, south east of draynor - 1. I think there might be a couple south of Yanille, not sure how many though. And there are probably other places that have them that I've forgotten

The key you get after the Making History quest will lead you to a number of spots with Treasures. I believe the location of the Mjolnirs is random to each person, so you'll have to visit each one.

Only place with that many that I know of is the Black Unicorns north of Varrock in the wildy. Just east of the graveyard (I believe)
