But, what about the people that have been killing something for hours and watch as some other player comes in, kills about 5 and gets d legs (RE: me at bronze dragons) Then you keep on killing and no drop...

The fletching money thing is way out. As soon as you got 70 you would switch to yew longs for faster xp. These would produce a profit. Once you get 70 fletching you don't lose money on it, it's all gain. (fletching lvl in siggy)

Fubai's video guide to Safespots! I've had a lot of positive feed back from my safespot guide, and, seeing as a lot of people seem to like it, I thought it might be worth producing some demonstration videos. These would be the first videos I have ever made, so go easy on them :) I have recorded and produced a sample video of the safe spot hevean - taverly dungeon. Most people know these safe spots, so the point of this video is to introduce you to the idea, ask you if you think it is worth making more, and, if you think its worth it, advise me and help me make it better. The benefit of these videos is that they are demonstrative - they are much easier to follow than writen instructions, they more easily demonstrate the techinique of monster blocking and luring, and are useful for refernece when tip.it forums are down, and to re-assure first time safespotters at these areas that the spots really work. Note on quality - I made the vid small so it could take up as little space as possible, and to increase download speed. This unfortunatley means that is is a little blury and some of the colours are wiered. the TET are producing rubbish at the moment. Leesters HYT invasions are much, much better. But scince that idea is taken... Here are some facts: the most attended events are drop parties Some of the cheapest (to organise) and most poular events are invasions combine them? Like the slayer tower invasion in honor of shiva. But at a different location - slayer dunegon, barrows (probably not - players keep the items but drop the runes etc), shade tombs (maybe...get some temple building going on, split bark sets etc.), etc. At the end you go to a POH or a deserted location and drop all the drops you got. OR you do somethign quite a few people want to do, but don't realy have the opportunity - such as trouble brewing (i've wanted the clothing for a while now, but never found any world where it is being played.) or something of that kidney.

I was watching it happen. I was monitoring prices for the eventual cost of my full dragon...standing in world 2 trying to sell my guthans...just watched the sudden switch for 14m to 17m and 16m - looked on forums and the only 2 people selling d chains were asking for 17-16m. They wouldnt sell for less and there were no ther sellers. It just rose.

whats happening is dissgrunteled drgon chain owners were getting pissed off that the prices went so low. So, at a low peak time, they started pricing thier chains up to 17m. No one bought, but when new sellers came to world 2, they saw the price of chains was 17m, so they tried to sell for that much. People who really wanted the chain started to buy for 15-16m, raising the price, which allowed the sellers to raise the price more, and the buyers thought they were worth 16m, so tried to sell them on for 16m...so they all went up. Soon, and I think it's starting to happen already, this is going to collapse as people who bought them at 14m, try to sell as they think they can make some profit off the chain they bought only a week ago, and maybe dont want anymore. This floods the market and as there is greater supply and less demand, the prices will drop again. Thats how they went down to 14m in thie first place, and they will go down for the same reason. There is also quite a negative feeling towards dragon armor (see torag>dragon thread), so that might affect prices. It's really annoying me that a band of desperados have messed up the market prices, as I'm saving for full dragon right now>

I dont know wether this is new to you, but, as I was making my way to the pictorialis fishing colony to try and raise my fishing, I thought I would check out the surroundings. And, just to the west of the entrance, I found perhaps the best place to collect normal logs - for making into shafts (shafting :lol: ) and collecting for planking and all the other things you can do with logs. I know that making shafts can get annoying - I use the trees to the west of varrock, and sometimes the ones to the North west of fally, but there are usualy quite a few others there, especialy at peek times. I think this spot is really good, even if you don't often need to cut normal logs if you are good enough to get in :)

I love it when they destroy decent spots so that no one uses them anymore -.-

i like teh comic...the sig is pretty cool but i'm not into that kind of thing
