My friend did a while ago and he found himself outside the caves. So the information that I could was unavailable. The transition period between waves was about 5 seconds, so even if I had finished of the wave, I wouldnt have been able to log out if a monster had spawned within range of me. Click logout and it says "Log out now to not save progress, log out after wave to save progress" As soon as you finish the wave it tries to log you out, if you're being attacked after 10 seconds you can log out as NOTHING spawns. So if you have never tried to log out in the caves, you wouldn't know you could, so wouldn't try to incase you ended up outside the caves.

Mass court action would have to be taken...There are easily more than 2million limewire users. How do they prove you have infringed Copyright? Simply by using the software you do not nescesarily break copyright if you stick to downloading only licesned files. People here about this, they backup, then wipe thier computer (then rewrite thier hd), and how can anyoen prove that you have infringed copryright?

Inflation DOES equal GP devalument. It means that each gold piece has a slightly lower buying power than it did a year ago. So why do you have intrest? SO that when you put money in the bank, you get the amount of money added to teh bank that increases the number of gold pieces to the number which matches the buying power of what it was a year ago. So, if we say that inflation is 1%, then interest matches it, at 1%. So 100k, over a year, becomes 101k, because this new number matches the buying power of 100k a year ago. Deflation means that the total amount of money within the economy is decreasing. This means that each gold piece is worth MORE than it used to be. If this occured then, for example, 99k this year, would have the same buying power as 100k last year. So no, I really do mean inflation. The problem with this kind of interest is that, if JaGeX simply added the money to the game, then it would, as you said, increase inflation. So, the question is, how do we recylce money that is allready in the economy, to provide interest. Well, one example would be taking the money that is spent in shops etc and then using the gp that would otherwise be lost from the economy, to provide the money needed for interest. But even this method means that we will still be catalysing inflation's rise, as the decrese the drain on the economy. The solution is not interest, but to minimise inflation. It is impossible to have a completly stable, or neutral, in inflation or deflation, economy. SO that means that we are likley to have an economy perpetualy subject to inflation (just like almost every economy in the world today). My answer to the whole problem is the rares market. It's risky, unstable, and can end up losing you a bit of money. But, if you invest carefully, you can beat inflation. IF you are going to be leaving a large anount of money sitting in your bank, then buy a rare. This way you wont lose buying value, and may even get some profit.

Suqah! They have quite low defence, take up 2 squares (or more) and drop level 3 clues fairly often (about the same or more often than Hellhounds, I find.) You can also bag yourself some decent herbs...and the best part is, no noobs. I rarely see anyone in my safespot (read: never), yet i've made 1m+ in a few hours from clues I got there.

Bank intereest is meant to counteract inflation. Once they accuratley work out the inflation rate in RS, then they can give interest on cash in the bank. And it would have to be based on how much you have, or it would not counteract the inflation at all. What people dont realise is that for someone with 1B, the amount they get in interest per day, is the value they would lose due to inflation in that day. SO it's not as if they are earning money by it, just maintaining thier item value.

5 def, steel, 20 def, mith, 30 def, addy, 40 def rune. ALl of these armors are easily accesible, can be bought from shops and, by the time you get 40 def, you are usualy able to afford rune, by the time you are 20 def, you can probably afford mithril. So, you've worked hard to get your 60 def, and when you get there...you can't afford that armor that is appropriate to your level. You have barely any edge over some one whit your stats, but only 40 defence. By the time you have 70 def, most people have enough for torags now. There is this wiered gap between them that means that only the very rich can ever get ther armor that suits thier level. How to solve this? Well, you bring out a dragon plate, sold from a shop, for around 300-500k. You bring out a full helm, a kite, and some different leg wear (for instance change the colour of current d legs to red, and the new legs to purple) and sell them all from a shop that matches the defence bonus they give, and allows people who have 60 def, to get the armor appropriate for thier level. But, OMG, people will say, why buy a d chain? ALl of the other dragon armours will crash in price. Well...not really. Because, at the moment, by the time most people can afford dragon, they allready are 70 defence (for the majority of people), or more. So why buy dragon - it doesnt give you a better def bonus than barrows, it doesnt give you a set effect - you really buy dragon for the same reason you buy a Party Hat - to say, look Ain't I Rich. So keep the chain as drop only, keep all the exisiting armours as drop only, but allow those who have 60 def, to afford the armor that suits thier level.

The prayer suggestion is rubbish. P2P already have the ectofungus and the gilded altars. F2P should recieve no updates, as it encourages them to become members. They don't pay for it, why should they get it?

Yes, especialy because at 100 q points you basicaly have yoruself a second legends guild. WIth lower requirements and better features :). SO 150 would be ok i suppose.

I would want the following items: All the Barrows sets 2.1bil cannon balls (I would promise not to sell them, I just want them for training slayer and ranged) full dragon (so I can switch between dragon and guthans to save on degrades.) 4 crystal bows so i can try the fight caves for a lava cape and...runes for 5000 ice barrages in c wars :):) And 100m spending money for paying for rs life. Having all these items, I could simply get on with training my skills, and not have to worry about the costs or the need to make money.

I have 220 q points and have done Recipe. The question is not "Is it too hard?", the question is "Can you really call some one a questmaster if they only have 100 questpoints?" The actualy quest you have written is suitable to that low level of points, but the title isn't really, in my opinion.

quest master quests should have a req of 200+ q points from the start. Or at least to have completed Recipe For Disaster. That wuold actualy make you a quest master...not just an average noob quester.

interesting, but once you hit the 5th dimension you are unable to prove that any of it is true. Similarly, before the thrid dimension, the idea of a location or a line without depth or width is impossible to imagine, or exist. For somethign to exist, not matter how infinitley small, it must have width and depth. Time and other abstract concepts may only have 2 dimensions, but both the second and first dimensions are as theoretical as the 5th onwards. The fourth dimension is odd - as it is duration, or the period in which it takes something to occur. It is impossible to prove that even this exists, as proof of which relies upon the existance of the dimension to start with - there is an acceptance of the fourth dimension otherwise how could anything occur, including proof and even thought processes themselves. So, it is impossible to think about the fourth dimension without providing a duration in which to think about it. For instance, how can I prove that anything that seems to have occured, has ocurred? All I have to prove that such a thing occured is either physical ramifications, or a memory. Niether of these things can be taken to be conclusive proof of the fact that the event occured, as they may have other causes. This means that one cannot draw a line between two points in time, or create a distance of duration, as the place to which the start is affixed, or the duration of the distance between your present self and the one that existed a minuite ago, cannot be measured, as the point cannot be reached again without traveling through the 5/6th dimesnions, which are thoretical and to which we are unable to acces in the way needed. BEFORE WATCHING THE VIDEO I SAID THIS: I was once at a AS politics thing in London, where lots of speakers were present, including Alan Duncan, Geff Hoon, the head of the Welsh Assembly (forgoten his name), another Conservative MP and George Galloway. The two Conservative MP's came on first (this was just before the results of the Conservative Party Leader elections - the day before infact), and they were quite good, even though Alan Duncan did patronise us with poor impersinations. Then the Welsh bloke came on and he was very good. Then George Galloway came on. I had never really heard of him before, so was not predjudiced. I listened to the whole of his speach, and by about 5 minuites in I allready thought he was an idiot. There is one thing you can say about him, and that is that he is charismatic and knows how to control his audience. But his politics are simplified, idiotic or obvious. He reduces things to very simple solutions, which he ignores the flaws of, does nto accept that other people may be right, only critisises politicians without producing any policies of his own and insults those that dissagree with him, rather than answering thier questions. He is so flawed and useless that he took part in Big Brother, abandoning his constituancy. He preaches vaguley communisitc values whilst making vast amounts of money from his position in ways he has critisiced other's for. He is populist (but not popular), simplistic and a joke to be honest. He is the Sun newspaper personified, he is a cut price Trotsky (with the speaking ability but none of the idealology), he is a, in total, a [bleep]. AFTER WATCHING I SAID THIS: My first statment is vindicated. Galloway failed to acknowledge the fact that Hezbollah are a terrorist oragnisation who are inextricably linked with the Lebanese Government. The reporter more than held her own, with Galloway insulting her when he was shown to be missrepresenting the evidence. "What a silly person you are..." Yes, that's about the right term to refer to Galloway with. Pseduo-Moralistic stance creating has always been his tallent, without anything more than super-ficial justifciation. He basicaly shouted at the presenter until he could override her, then said, at one point "Are we just going to shout at each other all day?". What is your soloution Mr Galloway? How would you solve the conflict? He has never answered one question with an outright policy statement, because if he were to do so, it would weaken him, by allowing him to be attackable. Negative effects of music are not necesarily in the subcultures you described. Alot of my firends listen to heavy Metal and emo music, without being malajusted people in the slightest. The most disturbing and damage causing people that I know listen to dance/mainstream/rap.
