I think that herblore is the most difficult to raise as it takes lots of money or time. The most boring is probally farming as even if you chain farm all the patches, you still have about 30 mins to wait for the plants to grow.

I use Tip.It as my first reference, then RHQ, then the Knowledge base.

I don't really care about money, but I need it to train skills efficiently. So I try to get a good balance between the two.

I can eat very fast if I want to, but I prefere to enjoy my food rather than throwing it straight past my taste buds.
