Apocalypse Now I saw this last night and I was probally awake abour three hours just thinking it over. It was truelly brilliant. For the first half of the film, it was just a very good war movie, but once they started up the river it got darker and darker. The final sequence was amazing and it left me reeling.

The best way to lose weight and stay fit (imo) is to eat meals as normal (unless your a fast food junky) and get down to the gym 4 times a week to do 40 mins of cardio. Also don't eat inbetween meals, thats where a lot of people go wrong. Oh and no beer.
