I think that just by killing the dragon, you will gain HP exp. Actually you could cannon it. So yes you could kill it without ruining your HP level. Good luck! And no i don't think you get HP exp as a reward for finishing the quest.

That was pretty good, it was a bit short too be the best ever as already said. I still think the end of the world flash is the best. :D
