Saying JaGex thinks it's best for us doesn't make it right. How do we know it's best for us? It has caused a lot more unhappy feelings compared to happy ones which can't really be that good. I trust a large team of full-time professionals who created the game to try and find a resolution for Real World Item Trading than I do with a few hundred thousand whingeing 16 year olds. A very small minority of people RWT by using the duel arena and JaGex has technology to pick up when that happens in most cases. People have the right to oppose what happens and really in your post you're just glamorizing the team who produced this and belittling the people who oppose the update which is unfair against those who are complaining, especially those with valid points.

Everyone must understand, most 'scapers are slightly smarter than the average snail and nothing more. Just don't listen to what they say.

It's fine as it is currently. Lots of lag would be created if there was no hide function being used in this thread.

The players do have a major part in the failure too. As Laurence Dallagio said on Top Gear, "We call it the Andrex premiership, soft and unnecessarily expensive".

Yeah, this update does seem to have hit a nerve with the players of RS. I think soon JaGex will update the amounts after they realise 3k per 15 minutes is completely useless but I severely doubt things will be changed back as that would show a lapse in the power of JaGex ;).

I was just playing a bit of Rugby 08 and switch on TV.....2-0 within 15 minutes!?!??! :shock: I always thought England were going to lose 1-0, let alone 2 within 15. At this rate we will be relying on Russia losing to Andorra...at least they're doing better than us after 15 minutes -.-.

Um... you completely msis the point. I plant my own herb seeds and then have friends plant htem for me. This way I get a lot more herbs and my friends get farming exp. I have friends smelt for me because I dont have hte time to do it myslf, what does assist have to do with any of this!? He means how you could just assist your friends to let them do this but i'm pretty sure that wouldn't work. They would be high enough level and just want the materials, correct? Assist wouldn't work then.

Or perhaps just get an employee to find out on the RSOF what the current prices are for each item. Well...a few employees!

The best a single person has done in a game is 11 (proper scores, not with friend dropping). 23 is the maximum someone has got in total but that was using a bug. Try getting 22 which I think is the best but is also extremely hard to do :P. Congratulations though. (I also beat you in cw recently haha).

Are any of the quests really challenging? JaGex probably rates the quests on how difficult they are in comparisson to other quests anyway so stuff like Heroes would be harder than other. Also, some of these quests ARE quite difficult to do, WITHOUT a guide so try without one and see if you think it's so easy.

You don't need prayer potions for barrows if you do it correctly so scrap that idea. Just save them up or better yet, use RSOF and w2. Eventually you will find a buyer :).

I think you pray range as well so the bats do only 5 damage instead of 10. This boss is the second easiest, you can do it!

You probably can't solo it but i'm guessing you can with a team. A higher combat is advised though
