Try the shops in draynor and catherby (farmers) or there is an apple respawn in the cooking guild. You could just grow these, they are low level.

I hear it is also faster than the usual c'bow.

Finally got around to posting 83 range. I gained that level last weekend and am currently ranging as high as I can! Well my character is in girl mode at the moment so..i win again ;). I have another 10-12million apart from my party hat :P and i'm non-members so those are the best items I can range in. No need to respond to the "+1" post.
