  1. The Killers- Hot Fuss The Used- In Love and Death Led Zeppelin IV Pink Floyd's The Wall ( I like listening to it all on long trips because you can replay the movie in your head.)
  2. I'm pretty open minded when it comes to music. For example when I'm at a party and the music being played is the regular dance mix stuff I'll be okay because I know even if they did play the music I like no one would be able to dance to it. Country, however, crosses the line for me. I can't stand it and most people will agree other than the ones with unique taste. I don't see why people should be judged based on what to listen to everyone has their different tastes and just because you like one type of music doesn't mean you're not allowed to like another.
  3. I thought it was pretty sweet music video and an pretty good song too... kinda lacked lyrics. :?
  4. The opening theme to FF8, O Fortuna (Carl Orff), Habanera and that's all I can think of right now.
  5. Congrats man my prom's tomorrow too. Too bad about your date though. I asked my date to prom in January and then I tried to actually date her but she just wanted to be friends so whatever we're just gonna go to prom but she's funny. Anywho I hope you have as much fun as I do :D
  6. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news but the fact that you're working on an essay for a scholarship the day before it is due limits your chances on getting that scholarship. I've worked on several scholarships and I've spent at least a week or more preparing each one with an essay similar to yours, 2 reference letters, an autobiographical essay. Anyway I wish you the best of luck with it can't really help you though I know it can be tough. It's kind of been nerve racking for me waiting to hear about getting scholarships but I have won one of mine so far for $1000 (a drop in the pocket when it comes to tuitions).
  7. Never ask girls if they're pregnant...when they're not even if your just curious they'll either think that you think they're fat or that they really are and then they'll be really embarassed and you may be the only one that doesn't know.
  8. I'll tell you what you shouldn't get...that stupid Pearl Harbour movie. Hollywood did no one a favour by making such a crappy movie. I'm not disrespecting the actual events but the way the director chose to make it into a love story kinda sucks. And what's up with the Disney Movies? are u just collecting them or do u actually want them because you like them? Other than that it's actually a pretty good list.
  9. My friend rear ended a guy because he was trying to eat his sandwhich and drive. As for me I'd rather sit for 20 mins in a fast food joint or even in my car and finish eating before I start driving.
  10. I was discussing the downloading of music today with my friend and we both came to an agreement that it was wrong. However, I started thinking and made the generalization that some people download music because they don't want to buy 1 cd from a certain artist just to listen to 3 songs on the entire cd. So, I came up with an idea... why don't music stores make huge databases filled with all the music in the store and people could choose certain songs by certain artists and fit it all on one cd. Then they could come back depending later on in the day (kinda like getting photos developed) and pick up their new CD. The store could charge a certain price per song etc. Anyway I thought it was a pretty good idea at the time I'll leave it open to discussion. :D
  11. I think they're awesome although not many people I know share that opinion with me which kind of sucks.
  12. Wow, that is pretty rad. I started out at the farthest out map of Canada showing just provinces and zoomed all the way in until I could see my street. I guess that does raise some privacy issues if people start using their mailing addresses to get stuff of the internet and the person on the other side....well let's not go there shall we?
  13. Fill your music Library with the following bands first: Led Zeppelin Pink Floyd The Rolling Stones The Doors The Who Van Halen (When I say Van Halen I mean the good Van Halen like the old stuff) And then: Some of Robert Plant's independent stuff The Used My Chemical Romance The Killers (Personal Favorite) Silverchair Some songs you can't find on Albums I suggest: Boulevard of Broken SONGS: It's a mix of Greenday and Oasis' "Wonderwall"

  15. I don't remember exactly but I remember trying to log on during weekends and there were only 4 servers full up with 1200+ people. I think I started during the summer of 2001 and it's now the end of winter 2005 so around 3 something years.

  18. I have been playing the pee a no for 5 years now...and I'm not lying I'm pretty good. I do a lot of Classical stuff...my mom likes it makes her cry. I also play trumpet in my school band and Guitar on my spare time.
  19. Not Really. I much rather reply to posts I really like rather than trying to spam a post I'm not interested in. That way my posts are worthwhile.
  20. Led Zeppelin (always) White Stripes Pink Floyd Nirvana Queen Scorpions And just recently Death from Above 1979 I don't know they're songs are just really catchy. Oh and Konstantine by Something Corporate...great song.
  21. There once was a girl from Antarctica who loved to explore the discount store in the penguin's backyard for some new socks and shoes but she had no money on her so she decided it would make sense to rob the bank. After thinking about it she decided to get some mischief powder to instead make the people eat food and not to watch the bank. The Haunted bank was built by a old man who glanced very quickly at the wris[bleep]ch he wote on his head... The bank was going to be styled, architecturally, like the Leaning Tower which fell onto a river of hot, boiling fudge. Well, she decided to cross the boiling river, she noticed something. It was a strange man standing in the boiling with a knife to smear some jelly on andrew grower. For some reason he liked it. He then ate my cousin, and I had to beat up Andrew. Then killed paul. However, my pants caught fire and boom went the toilet I then saw cheese flying through my bedroom window with someone riding a pink tricycle with training wheels and a large object floating in his pocket. Then a crusty wrench was dropped from the Twin Towers, which don't exist any more. Then a hot girl grabbed the wrench and she said "I will eat this like bacon". So she ate some cheese instead. Much to the dislike of her one-armed father who ate children. Thus her father hopped in his batmobile and drove into a wall of demon pigs that had green, rotten, smelly breathes. But suddenly from
  22. A really long time ago I ate some seafood from this restaurant. It was really delicious but the next day I was puking my guts out. I think it was about two years ago. Anyways about two weeks ago I felt like puking when I went to Playland (an amusement park similar to Six Flags in America but it's in British Columbia Canada) but I managed to hold it down.
