dude your dragon battle axe must be broken, or else you arnt any good at runescape, i just did regicide at lvl 100 with a whip....i owned the tyras guard....you are manycmb lvls higher......so either your rubbish at runescape or just arnt persistent enough. (might want to fix that d-b-axe also) also wasting money and time aint good, ecspecialy time, cause its the one thing that is limited to us.

go to lumbridge and get one of the duke, you must have started dragon slayer first. you could also buy one off other players.

you dont have to be lvl 95, a lvl 50 with high mage could do it no probs. i suggest you wear the best mage enhancing gear you can, and use fire bolt with chaos gauntlets or the best mage spell you can, dont melee unless you are high cmb (anythin over 90 could do it, abeit the higher the lvl the easier.) and dont forget your anti-fire shield and pots.
