when i did it i just took pics of different sections of the map and pieced them together, there may of course be different and better ways, but none im aware of.

94 for sharks, and im 88 cooking and i still burn monkfish.

i advise use the arena but bring agility pots for when the darts lower your agility. the pyramid is ok too, but i even fail a lot (67 agil) so i duno... but its up to you in the end. and good luck with the quests

that was my intention with the 2nd rock crabs set up but i obviously forgot to put on the gauntlets #-o this set up would work quite well, range hits a lot more often then melee does, i just prefer to melee cause i cant hit 26's with range. if you like to see constant hits range is the way to go.

will do, and you CANT get the helm as far as i know, also DONT look to the tip besitary for the kings on this as it is messed up. Unless prime does infact drop spined armour. also thanks to all those who liked the guide for your kind words. Your guide says they drop legs + helm not plate thanks. edit that now. #-o

if i had to give a rough guess id say about 1:15 this is from personal experience, of course you may go through dry patches and whatnot but this is a fairly accurate average

why would we laugh at you? this is a place to get help not flamed. its members only sorry F2P'ers. it can be combined with the other half (loop and tooth) to make a crystle key. this is used to open the crystle chest in taverly which gives one uncut dragon stone as well as some other goodies (possibly another half key)

after you beat each part of the quest the stock in the shop goes up and a new pair of gloves and cooking untensil is unlocked.

how do you sell ess to the bank? why not use the duel arena bank? also using duel rings is quicker then running around.

i had the exact same goal, 63-76. but i used monkfish and it took me about a week with 2-3 hours a day. in the long run for you id say about 2 hours per 1k lobs?

you dont. all dragon-hide bodies require DS though and rune plates.
