  1. Isn't it time you stop posting threads that are spam like this? there have been tons of topics like this There are alot of things in game that refer to something else ive never seen a topic about a bleach reference, mind linking me to one? on another note, I rarely make topics at all, unlike most posters here I actually think about whether or not my post would be use full at all, before posting.
  2. holy hell, I just told people to stop spamming, and yet some [developmentally delayed]ed people just have to keep going.
  3. have you actually seen bleach, everyone who has disagreed so far hasn't actually seen bleach, but the people who have agreed have seen bleach. I'm not saying its only because they look a little bit similar and theyre scientists, if you read what I said, you'd notice I said their personalities are very alike, which you would definetly notice if you actually saw the anime.
  4. well that means you should, this could be the very first anime reference in runescape :-k
  5. I'm going to have to second that emotion... thirded :P Fourthed! \ thats great, so none of you have any idea what I'm talking about. I'm pretty sure they have several references out side of British entertainment, Star Wars isn't British made is it? I don't see why they wouldn't take references from japan as well.
  6. I you ever watched bleach, you would notice the resemblance in the new quest, of that scientist to one of the 13 guard captains in bleach. Not only by the way they look, but the personality as well, by that I mean being obsessed with science and having test subjects ect.. any thoughts?
  7. ooh lets make a thread quoting jagex to show how much I disagree with them, and nothing more, I think im so cool, infact this thread has done so much that I think I just ended world hunger! Wheres my noble peace prize?
  8. Ding ding! We have a winner! Offending religious people seems to be a big no-no in the Western world, for whatever convoluted reason. totally wrong, you can offend a christian all you want, you can make fun of jews as much as you want, but theres an outrage only when you make fun of islam.
  9. is it just me or is the zombie scientist guy a reference to bleach? is if so this might be the first anime reference in runescape
  10. wow, finnaly a quest with decent requierments, and those sounds....well sound good :)
  11. 99 fletching 15.8m xp- Ive made some good money with it 99 woodcutting- A stat I'm proud of, I also used it to get 99 fletching 99 cooking- an easy extra 99 stat 94 fishing- to have it at 99 is something to really be proud of 84 magic- I used to do alot of high alching of yew longs while I was raising my wc and fletch
  12. summoning/necromancy in may, right before summer break, just like construction last year.
  13. you can turn your accept aid off anytime, so you won't get the message asking to accept.
  14. its funny how the lurers usually are the ones that loose :) I once telegrabbed 20k form a lurer, even though its only 20k, its probably more than what they have ever made luring. oh god if thats true I'd love to see the look on the lurers face.
  15. excuse me? since when did anything in runescape have a point? In any game for that matter.I'm not sure how you'd rather have me phrase that. If i can raise say woodcutting and firemaking to a high lvl faster by doing the primary skill (woodcutting) with the fastest exp logs and by buying logs for firemaking, I will do that instead of cutting slower logs so I can burn them, or burning the lower lvl logs.so how are you going to get the woodcutting lvls? like I said in my post, a woodcutting cape is far more impressive than a fletching cape which you can just buy.
  16. I dont think you understant the returning argument: and update doesn't have to be rewarding as long as its fun.
  17. Personally I have no sympathy for you if you're dumb enough to fall for a lure, and this is why it barely makes a difference for me whether or not its a breach. Even thought its lying to get someones item, and its breaking the terms agreed on, who would be dumb enough to fall for it? What bothers me though, is the fact that someone made a bunch of money unfairly.
  18. why the hell does this thread have so many posts? is there something that special about the way Ardougne is pronounced? read: ardoun
  19. its just you- your opinion to be more accurate. Quests pointless? quests are fun, and thats what games are for. I'm getting annoyed at people constantly saying something in runescape is pointless, SINCE WHEN DID ANYTHING IN RUNESCAPE HAVE A POINT!?
  20. How rude of you. We don't like people like you, go back to whatever corner you came from.oh boy irony is fun  so why is he so rude? he has a very good point and all you did was flame him, and its pretty hypocritical of you considering what you posted later.
  21. the fact that I have 99 wc, and 93 fishing tells you that I don't like spending much time staring at the game screen. I also agree about the people that keep their defense at a good lvl are a bit more smart/logical, since they don't just think "hey I want to be strong so lets train strength" I also think that people with a good farming lvl are calmer and more manipulative, the skill reflects their patience, and also farming is a less repetitive skill, so it shows how you can make the most of something if you have a good lvl.
  22. you're acting as if getting secondary skills (cooking, fletching, smithing, ect..) is the ultimate goal in runescape. So lets say you got your fletching to 99, hows that any better then 99 woodcutting? why would you avoid woodcutting just so you could get your fletching up faster? Even though woodcutting is a much harder skill, people still raise it because its alot more respected than fletching, because its alot harder to lvl. No matter which skill you raise, the respect will always be equal, even though the lvls will vary since some skills are harder, but the harder skills are worth more respect wise. Plus, you don't make much money by just fletching, and you loose while cooking. excuse me? since when did anything in runescape have a point? In any game for that matter.
  23. wow, that guy is just sick, i don't think you can get any worse than that. Decent people give 5 times more respect to their enemy during war.
  24. face reality? are you going back such claims up?
  25. -1. There are many things above disproving this. And I see what you're saying, but it's being based on history. Not history based on Runescape. Alot of things are based on history, but that does not necessarilly mean it is historically acurate. RuneScape is hardly historically accurate and this is coming from someone who knows history like the back of her hand. well obviously it wont follow an actual historical story line, I'm pretty sure everyone is aware that magic never existed. You just don't understand what everybody is saying; runescape is based off of historical mythology and facts. Things like magic, dragons, ect. people believed in back then, its called mythology. Other things like coal and iron make steel, or mahogany is a tropical wood commonly used for furniture, are based on facts that are true even today. Edit: dwarfs and gnomes are both mythology, and gliders did exist back then.
