the requirements were fairly easy (got 66 magic from barrows ftw), monkfish give great xp, easy and fast to catch but there's only 1 reason i dont bother too much with them..........they're so far away!!!!!!!!!!!!! it takes about 10mins to get there from ardougne, maybe thats why ppl say nothing worth having is easy :?:

personally i would persuade everyone in runescape to do barrows if i could.....as long as they don't keep asking questions about it or wanting me to do stuff for them :evil: :evil: but as long as you have the levels, quests and are prepared i would always say go for it, even if you dont get actually armour you can get a ton of runes, ive gotten over 2k bloods an over 9k chaos from barrows

all you need is a waterpump, a larder, a fireplace and some shelves, make tea with milk :lol: basically you get tea leaves and milk from your larder, get a cup, a teapot and a kettle from the shelf, now use the kettle with the sink, use the full kettle on the fireplace an wait till it boils, use the hot kettle on the teapot (put the tea leaves in the teapot 1st) and you have enough for 4 cups of tea, if you want milk add milk to the cup and hey presto, you have something which raises your contruct lvl by 1 :D
