I agree that there should be a very small chance of something of high value, after all random events can come at really bad times and annoy the hell out of you. They don't even stop bots because they are old and bots can now complete them easily.

This isn't a new issue to me, it's been happening for a while but now that I actually want to level farming a bit faster as I'm getting towards the 70's the farming guide (not just from Tip.It) isn't exactly helping. It says on the guide Fruit Trees should take 14.6 hours to grow, now I understand you have to leave some room for disease etc. BUT after 20 hours my Fruit Trees are NEVER ready, none of the five patches. Am i missing something here or is the farming guide wrong? :/ At least for Fruit Trees anyway. Oh yeah and I am using Supercompost.

Buy gold ore. Smelt into bars. Craft into gold bracelets. High Alch crafted gold bracelets. 52gp loss per item smelt, crafted and high alched. But it's REASONABLY fast for a minimal cost.

How low is your combat? I'd personally try and do DT then two hit barrage people for the lols, then decide what else to increase.

Magic for it's ancient spells in PVP and Lunar spells for skills.

There are plenty of accounts, on this forum even, that people would pay thousands of dollars for. Pretty sad that though, it's like buying Grand Theft Auto with all the missions unlocked for $80 instead of $50, just to be ahead. But also, missing out on the achievements and fun to be had.

Our Western governments aren't great either you know, we've done plenty of awful [cabbage] in the past, this nowhere near ranks to some of the things that have gone on in European and American prisons, nowhere near. The same Western governments that could of put an end to third world hunger and poverty YEARS ago if they really wanted to. We have the money, power and resources. Why haven't we? Because it would cause WORLD hunger, we would all suffer from bringing the third-world into Western living conditions, it's already happening on a smaller scale because of the economic rise in India. There simply wouldn't be enough food, that's why it hasn't been done. This may seem off-topic; but it's a similar reason to why everyone turns a blind eye to this kind of behaviour and let it slip through the already meaningless UN regulations, because even if not humane, they are resourcing us with what we desire. Why would we intervene with such torture when they are providing us with cheap materials to build more structures that further indebt our nations to the organisations we are politically opposing.

My experience on getting hammered must be very different from yours... You did a funny I think if you're able to activate your prayers, use them. Simple as that.

I'm 72 Slayer with 94 Attack, 98 Strength and 83 Defence. I'm currently using Duradel in Shilo for tasks but I'm starting to get fed up with how repetitive he is, I haven't once had some of the tasks (e.g. Dust Devils) and I keep getting the same string of tasks, Greater demons, Mithril dragons, Waterfiends and Black demons. Would it be better for me to go down to a lower slayer master til 75 or should I stick it out with Duradel? Is the EXP that big of a difference?

What would be the best way for me to get 61-75 Herblore without spending TOO much money (Up to about 8M), while not taking too much time over getting the required level? Thanks for any input ^^

Diamond necklaces seemed to work out as quite a significant loss on testing so I chose ruby bracelets, Ruby's buy and sell for around the same price as Ruby bracelets so without taking the bars cost into account I'm breaking even at 75k+ EXP/Hr

Nice idea but I don't need the Magic EXP and Gold bracelets without gems aren't good enough EXP really. Nice idea again with the Dragonstones but I'm not the type to risk it on things like that :P Not saying it didn't tempt me though. I think I'll see if there's money to be saved/made on diamond bracelets I think, as it's somewhere in the middle of the other options. Thanks for the help guys :)

Hey, I'm currently smithing/superheating gold bars and will end up with around 8k of them so I thought i'd make them into something for some crafting EXP, what i want to know is what gold items are good to make for decent EXP rates without losing too much money from selling a gold bar instead, which are 130gp or so each. I'd like something better than gold bracelets really, because they are low EXP/hr. Any help appreciated cheers. :)

Lower the quality to 75-80% (This will not affect the quality a GREAT deal) Also, lower the FPS it records at to 24-30fps, the human eye can't see images faster than around this amount, so it's pointless having it record any faster, it's just eating up resources you could be using to prevent being KO'ed :)

All computer hardware can become faulty over time or even arrive faulty and just take time to 'show' their faults, so I doubt moving your laptop around had anything to do with it. If your laptop isn't robust enough to be moved (what they are built for) then you need to buy a decent laptop.

10 million? Really?? :S I've probably reported about 4 people in the 6-7 years I've been playing, I'm sure many are the same. I doubt there's more than 5,000 a day.
